House holiday rentals in Fornells

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

L'atout majeur de cette villa est indéniablement Felix, qui est très avenant, disponible, amical, réactif et a su nous proposer beaucoup de choses à faire sur l'île. Son Bou, lieu de la villa, est à 30 minutes en voiture de tous les lieux de l'île, c'est très central. La villa en elle-même est agréable. Lors de jours pluvieux, il y a beaucoup de choix pour s'occuper à l'intérieur (piscine, babyfoot, salle de sport...). La literie est confortable et nous avons apprécié les armoires pour ranger nos affaires. Avant Pâques, tous les commerces ne sont pas ouverts, mais il y avait l'essentiel (boulangerie, quelques bars restaurants à Son Bou). Les couchers de soleil sur la plage sont magnifiques et surtout à 10 minutes à pied. La vue de la terrasse permet aussi de les contempler sans marcher. La cuisine est équipée et permet de cuisiner avec des ustensiles tels que passoire, fouet etc. Il y avait mes produits d'entretien à disposition. En resumé, un lieu sympa pour découvrir l'île.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Puri è sempre stato preciso e puntuale fornendo in anticipo tutta una serie di informazioni sulla casa e su Minorca. La casa è molto bella, pulita, attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Gode di una posizione strategica, in una bella zona con il tramonto sul mare ad un minuto a piedi da casa...SPETTACOLO!!! Grazie e a presto.

La estancia merece la pena en una casa tranquila y moderna. Superando nuestras expectativas, a Aaron darle las gracias por alojarnos. Quién sabe, si en el futuro, volvemos a la isla, contactaremos con él de nuevo.

One of our favorite Airbnb locations! The views were just incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. You do need to stock up on supplies but the grocery store is very close. It would have been nice to have more beach towels. We came from far away so couldn’t bring them with us easily. They do use a property manager so there is an extra charge for check in flexibility though they were kind enough to waive it for an hour early. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent villa for a family holiday. House is very well maintained, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Location was great - 5 mins from restaurants, supermarket and beach. Hosts were super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a holiday in Menorca.

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

A lovely rustic, spacious and clean apartment right beside the sea. Amazing views, quiet village, away from the crowds with 2 good restaurants. Gloria, our host was always friendy and happy to help out if needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Sa Mesquida

Schöne Terrasse, Zimmer und alles wie beschrieben. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte eine schöne Zeit.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement très bien équipé, confortable (très bonne literie), belles salles de bain et le tout décoré avec soin. Notre hôte s'est montré disponible, sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils. L'emplacement est très calme. L'accès aux petites plages à pied est un vrai plus. Supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied également. Nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons avec plaisir.

This was our second stay in Antonio’s lovely house, he was there to greet us again on our arrival which was really nice. It’s such a beautiful location right on the crystal clear blue sea. We enjoyed snorkelling most days. This time we took the boat trips to the Quarantine and hospital islands in Mahon harbour which was fascinating. Having a restaurant next door is a bonus though also lovely to eat on the balcony looking out at the attractive whitewashed old fishing houses. We hope to return at the same time next year.

La dueña muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y nos ha dado todas las facilidades que estaban en su mano. La casa es espectacular, tal y como estaba en las fotos. Muy agradable y cómoda, daban ganas de pasar más tiempo en casa la verdad. La ubicación es muy buena y cómoda con un parking gratuito muy cerca. Sin duda repetiría es sitio u lo recomendaré a quien me pregunte.

It's hard to write anything that has not been written previously. Sublime, indeed! The house is situated so that all you see is sea, stone and sky. We explored by car many glorious beaches, but our favorite remained the cove in front of the house. It was dreamy to swim in what felt like our own private sea, and the access was much simpler than imagined. The pool was not needed but much appreciated. We also rented mountain bikes at the hotel which is a five minute walk from the house, and had an incredible day exploring Des Grau Parque. We lived mostly outside, but when inside, the house had all that our group of 7 needed. It pains me to share this special place, but it is the right thing to do.

A top place to stay, well equiped with all those extras like shampoo, shower gel and cooking oils/herbs which made it feel like staying in a real home. Gabriel was amazing, from meeting us with our late check in and enabling us to check out late too, any issue we had was very quickly sorted, a great host! The house was so well positioned and Fornells is a lovely chilled place to stay with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just a few doors away. Taking a morning dip in the calm waters at the bathing spot round the corner was a real highlight.

Had a wonderful stay at Laetitia's place! The space was clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was just steps away from the beach and a few restaurants which really made the whole trip! Communication with host was also easy. Would recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et merveilleux chez Diego, Il a été très accueillant et réactif à nos questions. Le logement est idéalement situé. Nous avons adoré l’aspect rustique de la maison, peut être qu’il pourrait être précisé qu’il n’y a pas de machine à cafe capsule, ni bouilloire et autre électroménager, tout se fait à l’ancienne, nous Ça nous a beaucoup plu car nous avons l’habitude. Carlos ha sido un anfitrión fantástico. La casa tiene unas vistas inmejorables con acceso directo al mar. El desayuno en el porche impagable. Muy acogedora, fácil y decorada con gusto. La zona, muy tranquila, anima a dar un paseo por la costa. La cocina muy completa y la limpieza perfecta. Un gusto haberla disfrutado…

Un appartamente con unas vistas increible sobre la baia de fornells. Muy funcional, comodo y con una terazza preciosa. Pasamos 5 dias de glorias frente a la naturaleza, en un pueblo muy bien organizado y con el sol cada mañana en frente a nosotros.

Super logement très bien placé au milieu de l’île ce qui fait qu’on est à proximité de tout, le quartier est magnifique et très calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix, et hôte très agréable et sympathique. Merci encore ! 😄
