Family-friendly holiday rentals in Formello

We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

Location veramente bella, con vista molto suggestiva. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un po' di relax o anche x passare del tempo in famiglia. Molto particolare nelle forme e anche nell'arredo. Pietro è un proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. È sicuramente un luogo in cui ci piacerebbe tornare.

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit privater Dachterrasse, Tischtennisplatte im Innenhof und super Erreichbarkeit von ÖPNV und 24/7 Lebensmittelläden. Wir durften zu Acht anreisen und in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Von Handtüchern und Bettzeug mit ausreichend Schlafplatz für uns Alle bis hin zu Kosmetikartikeln und Küchenutensilien. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der schnelle und unkomplizierte Austausch mit dem Gastgeber und der flexible Check In und Check Out. Gern wieder!

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is cosy, super clean, really quiet, cute terrace to enjoy breakfast in the shade and afternoon sun. Every little detail is there and the fridge is stocked with items as well as coffee, sweets….Best apartment ever 💯Good backery just around the corner, supermarkets just a short walk, easy with tram 8 to the train station and city centre and bus to Vatican. We had some excellent diners in local restaurants and it was nice to get out of the busy centre. But most of all Valentina is absolutely great,reacts fast, could leave our luggage until afternoon departure. She is just the best and made our stay perfect! Grazie mille ❤️

Guido's place is located in a very walkable area but outside of the primary tourist locations in Rome which can get quite noisy and crowded. Lots of restaurants, a fantastic gelato shop (Fassi), a nice park nearby, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. The location was perfect for us, and the space provided everything we needed for a short stay in Rome.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

pros: Lovely place in a secluded and peaceful area. the patio and yard are especially beautiful. Antonella was a gracious host. a minor con: the keys to the front door are a little hard to use- you have to turn them three times to the left and then a little further to open the door.

Alessio è stato super gentile ed accogliente. La casa è molto grande, comoda e si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e dalla piazza da cui partono tutti i bus per il centro.

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

Ho trascorso uno splendido fine settimana con dieci amici ospitati da Ferdinando e Ludovica: la casa è spaziosa, ben tenuta e con tutti i conforts (aggiungerei giusto la tv nel salone), camere all'altezza, giardino ampio e ben curato, piscina fantastica, barbecue. Il tutto immersi nella tranquillità della campagna romana ma comunque a cinque minuti dal centro abitato di Campagnano per ogni esigenza. Hosts gentili e discreti. Caldamente consigliato.

Arrivare nello chalet di Alberto e Tiziana è come entrare in una favola ..la casa è molto accogliente....il bosco incantato....la piscina ci ha fatto compagnia nelle ore più calde. Host top per disponibilità e gentilezza...ci ritorneremo quanto prima.

Excellente logement, a garder en favorie. Logement calme, bien équipée (cuisine, salle de bain, serviettes de douche, pas de micronde), propre et fraie malgré la chaleur extérieur. Hôte tres agréable et chaleureuse et surtout très serviable. Et la piscine et juste génial, calme et bien disposer et très propre avec plein de transat pour tout le monde (manque WC). Avec nos deux enfants (6 et 2 ans) c'était juste parfait, lit bébé, chaise haute. Rien a dire. Et le faite de partager la piscine c'est l'occasion de rencontré de nouvel personnes, adulte comme enfants, tout le monde et tres sympatique. Parfait.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Beatrice. Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fürs Kochen benötigen könnte. Auf der Terrasse kann man morgens wunderbar die Sonne genießen und abends Glühwürmchen beobachten. Der Pool ist genial und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Beatrice & Mario waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können es nur empfehlen, hier einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen!

We had the most amazing, relaxing week at the villa after a busy few days sightseeing in Rome. The house, beautiful gardens and great pool area are didn’t disappoint. The local town of Campagnano di Roma was very walkable, if you didn’t want to drive. The town felt very friendly, and we had some great meals in the local restaurants. The lakes and surrounding towns made great days out. Olimpia was fabulous, extremely welcoming, helpful and veryaccommodating. We were sad to leave.
