The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

A really well placed apartment to visit Toulouse in a well secured and recent residence! The instructions for departures and self check-in are very clear, the apartment is really nice and very functional, and really very clean! The basement location for the car is really a plus!

Very good stay at this accommodation which is a big part of it. Everything is there, it is spacious and cozy, the activities are multiple which makes this place a perfect place for a family stay. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a nice outage. We were 13 including 7 children and we all loved this stay and enjoyed this very comfortable, sublime and simple house at the same time. Congrats on completing your project so well!

We had a fabulous stay at Christophe’s beautiful house in Toulouse. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Christophe’s house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well presented, clean and very much a high end city centre town house. We had everything we needed for staying in the house for the week. The pool, hot tub and garden area are fabulous and we enjoyed swimming and sitting in the sun trap where the hot tub is. The general area itself is quiet and attractive and only a five minute walk into the heart of the old city centre. We found everything within easy walking distance in terms of amenities, restaurants and supermarkets - including for two older grandparents and two young children. Aside from the amazing house, Christophe himself was extremely welcoming, supportive and flexible - giving us advice on things to do and helping us deposit our bags safely when we arrived early. Christophe’s concierge, Rafik, was also very kind.

We had a great weekend. The house offers everything you need for a large family.

Our stay at Eric's went very well. The listing is as described and photographed. The decoration is very successful. It's quiet. The terrace offers a charm complementary to this pretty house. Very spacious, nicely decorated by plants and lights. We do not regret our stay with Eric and if we have a chance we will come back here.

We enjoyed our stay in Maubec. It was a great location to explore the area. The villa was spacious, clean, and well setup for our group of 7. The setting was peaceful and quiet and everything was as described. The hosts are onsite, but other than check in we did not see or hear them. Any questions were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to book in the future. Thank you.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The location is great quiet but an easy walk to the centre. The little food shop opposite and the airport shuttle bus at the end of the street are very convenient. Romain was an excellent host and answered all queries promptly.

i had a lovely week-long stay, Dominique is a lovely and very welcoming lady. The house is very nice if the garden, I highly recommend it.

We stayed for a weekend as a family of 4. Julia told us everything well, the accommodation was very clean and there were 3 children's beds in addition to an adult bed. Even though we arrived a little late, his welcome was available and warm. Thank you so much. We'll recommend your place!

spacious quiet accommodation. The 5 bedrooms are large, plenty of storage in the accommodation. The living room is large and the 2 toilets (1 on each level) and 2 bathrooms are practical. Jean and Marie Claude allowed us to leave later than the usual time, thank you again We'll keep the address if we have the opportunity to return to the area

Stayed for over a month in José's Villa - very comfortable stay. José went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Very spacious house, large garden - well positioned and quiet area. And lovely pool! Beautiful views of the Pyrénées from the garden. We liked it so much we have already booked to come back - highly recommended.

Thank you very much Stéphane for this warm accommodation. I had medical appointments in Toulouse and I enjoyed visiting this beautiful environment. My children are very happy to spend beautiful moments and if it is my pleasure, if that is what I wanted to do, to please them with the big garden and there were plenty of games. The accommodation and especially it was clean as I moved in... The only concern I have is with spiders (I have a phobia of spiders) And thank you very much, Stéphanie. We have just had 8 nights at Anais and Julien’s accommodation and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was everything we needed plus it was peaceful and the pool was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant and available hosts. Nothing negative, only positive. You can go in with your eyes closed and let yourself go. Calm and greenery 15 minutes from Toulouse. We'll be back!

Very pleasant stay, soothing, quiet among the rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Spacious and bright accommodation, tastefully furnished, functional and very well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Warm contact with Liz attentive and discreet. What a pleasure to lie on a sunbed, a little before dawn to admire the starry sky, listen in the distance to the biting of the birds, then take your breakfast on the terrace under the first rays of sun, lulled by a gentle breeze. I highly recommend this beautiful performance.
