Great weekend with friends, with the children in Edita's nice accommodation... We were able to enjoy a Jurassian interlude between hiking to the Hérissons waterfalls, tasting Jura wines by the fire while playing board games and breakfast at a large table in the morning... The cleaning was spotless, there is very good bedding, all the equipment for babies, books and board games for all ages... And I admit that the possibility of making a small fire in the stove once the coolness of the evening has set in is the icing on the cake. Edita was responsive to our messages and available. We highly recommend this accommodation if you want to discover the charms of the Jura!

I really recommend the gite du lilas which is located in a beautiful, friendly and quiet little village. The cottage was as described, clean and Emilie and Damien welcome us very well and are always available if needed. For humans who take their dogs with them on vacation like us, it is a real joy and a large and perfectly secure garden. You can park your car inside the garden, which is convenient and reassuring. We will definitely come back because we still have a lot to visit in this beautiful region. Thanks again to Damien and Emilie and see you soon.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Very nice place clean and matches the photos. The only small downsides to mention would be the toilet not separated from the bathroom since only one bathroom available for 8, (despite the presence of a toilet in 1 upper bedroom). Very narrow and slippery shower. 1 bedroom mentioned for 4 but we can rather say 1 child's room to share (not convenient for 1 couple) and moreover the room is through with 1 other so for not great privacy. Despite these small downsides, very pleasant stay, Sylvia is a charming host and was very good advice. The garden is really 1 plus. Our doggies loved it. Thank you we'll be back.

Delphine is a lovely, very warm hostess. The cottage was very welcoming, nicely decorated with all the basic products available. The environment is beautiful. I really recommend it.

This place had a simple and understated charm and we relaxed the moment we set foot in the house. We appreciated the coolness as it was extremely hot during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the king size bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. The garden is wonderful with plenty of shade and totally fenced (upper section) Annick and her English speaking friend gave us a very warm and helpful welcome.

Very quiet house and possibility of beautiful hikes without taking the car, very appreciable! Very interesting visit to the nearby farm.

Quiet, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Pleasant terrace. Good location, located just 200 meters from the Fruitiere Du Pays Grandvallier for lovers of good cheeses (Comté, Morbier, Bleu de Gex, etc.) Many walks to do within a 15-20 minute drive (Cascades des Hérissons, Cascade De La Billaude, Les Gorges de la Langouette......) In short, you won't get bored. Thomas was very responsive to our requests. Without hesitation, I would recommend it.

Perfect gateway cabin, surrounded by nature, no internet, amazing private sauna. If you want to detach from every day life recharge and reconnect, this is the place.

Very good stay at Pascal's, the house is very nice and very well-equipped. There are many walks to take a short walk from the house, as well as snowshoeing/cross country skiing, when the snow is at the rendezvous of course. We were lucky because it fell about twenty centimeters a week. So we were able to enjoy it as a family! I recommend!!!

We had a great weekend in Montferrand-le-Château in this spacious, comfortable and perfectly suited cottage for a group stay. The setting is calm and green, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and functional. The large living spaces, the terrace, the garden and the barbecue allowed us to share very good times all together, in a friendly atmosphere. Communication with the hosts was smooth, pleasant and responsive, from start to finish. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. We were greeted very warmly. Dak gave us all the instructions about the house, which was very clean and well-equipped. We had a quiet weekend. We recommend this accommodation to dog owners because everything is fenced and they can roam freely without danger.

We had a great long Pentecost weekend at Eric's place. We enjoyed the covered terrace and the children were able to have fun in the pool and garden despite the coolness. The region is very pretty and offers many walks and hikes for all levels. Thanks to Eric for hosting us!

We (9 people, family) spent a wonderful week in the chalet. You immediately feel comfortable, the large dining table invites you to eat and play together. We also had a lot of fun in the sauna. Four bathrooms, five bedrooms and the open kitchen are perfect for a large family. The grill, the outdoor area (boule court) and the beautiful surroundings are a highlight! Everything was perfect. Beautiful cottage with great views. Peaceful environment, nice hikes nearby, warm welcome. Despite the storm and rain of the first week, we were able to discover beautiful waterfalls in the region: the Bief de la Ruine waterfall, the Billaud waterfall, the Moulin du Saut waterfall, the Langouette gorge (discovery of a surprising and breathtaking canyon), and of course the Hérisson waterfall, the Ilay lake, the source of the Saine just magnificent under the bright sun... Our dog was also very happy! Go there without a second thought!

Annick warmly welcomed us and gave us a short introduction to the house and activity options in the wonderful surroundings. The house is wonderfully idyllic, superbly equipped, garden furniture, bicycles, etc. Delicious cheese is just above at the neighbor and bakery and supermarket is in the village below, so nothing is missing. 🙂 The countless caves and springs in the area are great. For hikers and mountain bikers, the area is a dream. We (four adults and a dog) would love to come back.

This was our second time at this cabin and we loved it! A perfect place for those who love spending time outdoors (whether that’s in the garden by the house or on the hiking trails). The attic was great for a low-to-the-ground yoga practice, and we loved pairing a sauna session with a cold plunge in the outdoor bath tub. Tip for those visiting for the first time: try the San Marco cake from the local bakery 😋

An excellent stay! The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to all amenities and in a quiet area. The host was very responsive and welcoming, with small touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

An easy break in the carabane. The decor is really relaxing, between field and forest as far as the eye can see. We had a great time at Doïna's, who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. Very responsive host. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and is clean. Shops are only a few miles away to refuel. And the hiking trails 20km away are sumptuous. We enjoyed ourselves! Thanks again Doïna, great address!
