Holiday rentals with a patio in Foinikounta

As described, the apartment was clean with a large comfortable bed. The terrace is cute and the garden inspires quiet. Responsive host. We only made a stopover there and did not take advantage of the waterfront but I recommend this listing.

superb location few min walk to harbour&restaurants, stavroula really cares and it shows, everything you could need and more supplied, outside washing mc in its cupboard great.., 2x coffee machines and all supplies u need, lovely olive oil and pasta amongst many welcome gifts provided. Electric hot water works well unlike many places where solar heated runs out, wifi and phone signal superb, we felt sad to leave it was so nice thanks to stavroula who exceeds anything yould have in a 5* hotel !..we asked for some extra pillows and 4 new pillows magically appeared soon after outside as it was late in the day, There are paths you can walk to stoupa along the coast, ideal also for bicycles as quite a flat area, you have parking by front door and the property has an authentic greek feel, while being private from nearby accom, (very well thought out place) even has things like flyscreens on all windows&doors also which would be good in hotter months, we visited in may. Fabulous ..

Magnificent view of the sea. In a small quiet village. I recommend shopping to cook on site and enjoy a meal on the terrace. The building and the accommodation are clean and pleasant. All equipment is available and in excellent condition. Very good for 3 people if you spend a night there. Ideal for 2 people I think.

The accommodation was in a great location, we walked to the city center, close to the shopping and entertainment. There was parking next to us, we didn't have any trouble. It was well-equipped, it could have been a little more. The apartment was a little smaller than I expected, the balcony doors didn't open enough because of the bed and couch. The balcony is very cool and beautiful, like in the photos. The owner was very helpful, I called him to fix a bug and fixed it on the same day. Very good choice for stay in the center but also for excursions to the prefecture of Messinia! We would definitely stay again!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. Lizzie is a nice hostess, very friendly and helpful. It is a small beautiful, quiet village with old houses and beautiful streets. Within 10 minutes you can be on the beach of Stoupa. You can walk beautifully in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place to be, really friendly host.

Super welcoming host. They had a freshly baked cake and homemade fruit jams and traditional greek yogurts which was a superb welcome treat. Even though the hosts live in the top floor of the house I felt like i had total privacy on the ground floor and not once I got disturbed or felt uncomfortable. Great experience overall!

I had an amazing time in Claudia's house! It is an entire little house with a front- and a backyard full of trees and nice plants, beautifully located, tastefully furnished, with everything one may need! The place is close to the beach, to a very nice cafe, and in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets along the beach. There are also many hikes one can do from the house, and it's the perfect place to explore the Mani (like Areopoli, the caves of Dirou or the towers of Väthia) or more touristic places like Kardamyli. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Claudia is a wonderful host, who made me feel at home right away. I can recommend the place without any reservations and will try to return as soon as I can!

A charming stone house in a quiet area, overlooking the sea from the terrace. Nicely decorated bedrooms, sufficient kitchen equipment. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated, clean. We'd love to come back someday!

Apartment is within walking distance of downtown where there are many nice restaurants and bars. Due to the shutters in the apartment, you do not notice that you are so close to the center and you can enjoy your night's sleep. Questions are answered very quickly and apartment for us was above expectation of what you see on the pictures. We enjoyed Kalamata!

I've stayed at this unit 2 times. I think I can't go anymore! This time we had a 1.5 year old kid with us and it was very good that we were in the center! You were going out on the huge balcony which does not have railings but builders and you knew that the child was safe, while at the same time it was like being in one of the shops. The house is not loaded so it is difficult to damage and the kitchen fully equipped to prepare its food. It's a little noisy because of the centrality of the spot, but as soon as you close the aluminum it is completely quiet for sleeping. And moreover after 12 the shops are slowly closing so ok.. I recommend it for a family with eyes closed

Amazing property spacious very quiet close to the city center. The host was very helpful and attentive. The place has a homey character and is equipped with anything that you might need for even a long stay. All in all an excellent experience.

Great host, great view, great place, we absolutely loved it!

Fiorella house is just perfect for a small escape from the big town. the view from the balcony is amazing, specially in the sunset or sunrise. from there it's easy to get to Limeni, arepoly and etc... very clean, very comfortable, Fiorella answered very fast and had god recommandations for the area. I already want to come back!

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.

A place wonderfully designed by Mr. Nikos in the city center with everything you need to have everything close by because of the location... Mr. Nikos is a very kind gentleman and very friendly and willing to help with anything you need... I highly recommend the place...
