Holiday rentals with beach access in Foinikounta

Caroline and Peter are extremely welcoming and caring. We got a fresh and varied breakfast every day. The studio is cozy and has nice and practical extras. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Caroline and Peter give a lot of tips about sights and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay with them, the beautiful garden, the bay with beach beds and the nice restaurants nearby. As a side note, we can mention that the cooking facilities in the studio are limited and that having a car is a must. In addition, the roads in the immediate area are unpaved.

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Had a great stay in very luxurious apartment with stunning views. Upon arrival, we were also able to enjoy homemade tiramisu. We liked Pylos itself, but there are more beautiful places in the Peloponnese. The surroundings are magnificent, the snorkeling in the sea and the waterfalls of Polimnio were really super nice. Furthermore, we enjoyed the small pool very much!!

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Comfortable and well equipped. Took a while to get the hang of the door keys, a little pull on the inner door did the trick. Great views from the large balcony over the promenade. It is lined with restaurants and bars so could be noisy in season, but v quiet in mid May. Bedroom is at the back so no noise there and has aircon if needed. Double bed is comfy but you can only get out on one side. We loved it there and spent all our time on the balcony people watching! The flat is over an agency who look after the flat and the lady there was very helpful over a couple of minor issues and spoke v good English!

Our stay at Mr. Kostas' accommodation was very pleasant. The room was in a very quiet area and close to the beach (by car). The quietness combined with such a comfortable bed recommended the perfect combination for a perfect sleep (which is very important for the holidays). Mr. Kostas always answered the phone right away and was always ready to serve!A big asset of the room was the access to the roof, which had a coffee table and chairs to sit any time of the day and have a view of the whole Messinian Gulf! The cost was, finally, reasonable and livable! I recommend Mr. Kostas' accommodations and maybe in the future we recommend it again.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need. It’s spotless and so well equipped. The view is outstanding ! We were very warmly received and felt very comfortable right away. Our landlady occasionally inquired about our well-being and gave us tips if necessary. As a welcome, there was olive oil and a homemade jam. We enjoyed the tranquility on the large terrace overlooking the olive trees. Since we were there with e-bikes, it was no problem for us to go to Koroni and explore the immediate area.

This was a perfect place to stay, to be able to walk to the beach or a coffee shop or a restaurant. It was on the second floor, so opening the windows was possible. It was noticeably busy and noisy, like any city, but acceptable due to the location. Everything was clean and a beautiful, older place to stay! We totally enjoyed our stay!

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

The apartment was comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The family were very kind to invite to share drinks and food and also helped us to find a dentist. Balcony provides a serene space to admire the vast coastal view. A place to completely relax.

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Quiet location, very suitable for those seeking relaxation. A car is highly recommended. Pure nature, very beautiful view of the sea.

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Penelope. House is in a beautiful setting, the beach can be reached in minutes. We had very good contact with Dimitrios, he is always available and the description of the house was great. For taverns and supermarkets you need a car, but for that you live very privately and quietly. We will be happy to come back.

We were an elderly couple in May for 10 days as guests in Fotine's charming cottage. We can only confirm the many previous positive reviews. The warmth and friendliness of our hosts was impressive, who spoiled us with their own rural products such as eggs, cakes and goat cheese. The idyllic location amidst olive trees is beautiful, yet restaurants and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by car. We will be happy to come back!

Apartment was very nicely located, very close to the beach and convenient spot if you like to be close to the restaurants/cafes. I highly recommend it. All necessary amenities (shampoos, shower gel, fresh towels) were offered and well received.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

Lovely little apartment. Kind and welcoming host

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!
