The setting is superb and relaxing (especially in the pool :) ) No nuisance, day or night. The apartment is really very clean. The hosts are welcoming and warm. A big thank you to them, we feel at home! future travelers, you can book without hesitation!!

Stayed at Fontana's place for 10 nights in April.. Had a lovely time, everything was great. The bedrooms are large and the pool area was great for relaxing in the sun. There is a small kiosk shop for milk, drinks etc about a 2 min walk near the cork n bottle restaurant, which was really useful for last minute things. The big supermarket is about a 5 mins drive. You can catch the 601 bus from outside the place which goes to the bus station in Pafos, karavella bus station, which is in the town centre, so getting into the centre was fine. Fontana's place is definitely recommended.

Can not recommend this place enough , Stayed at a few places now in Aphrodite hills , And this is by far the best , Worth ever 5 stars ✨ , Debs &Kevin Are amazing hosts ,with such attention to detail , to make sure you enjoy your stay ,cleanliness is second to none , luxury is the only word to describe it , All facilities, be that golf tennis ,restaurants ,are only a short 5min walk from this beautiful apartment . The apartment is stunning inside , with everything you need , for a first class stay , the garden is peaceful and calm , pool excellent , My husband and I have allready booked our next stay in June . All we can say is thank you both , And encourage everyone to book for a holiday you won’t forget , x

wonderful place to stay for a night before an early start going to the airport. lovely green outside space with comfy chairs to escape and relax in. many thoughtful touches to welcome families and small children.

I have just returned from a very nice 4 weeks in Fotini's house. As always the entry instructions were clear and concise, the house very clean and everything worked as it should do. The house is in a quiet part of Timi village, and just a short walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, grill houses and restaurants, the bus stops are quite close by also depending on where you want to go. The house is only a short drive from paphos airport and if you had a car there is off road parking inside the gates of the house. The garden is a nice place to relax, with plenty of flowers and trees, including a lemon tree which had an abundance of fruit which made nice refreshing drinks in the warm weather. There are tables and chairs to allow you to sit in the sun or shade as required. I find Fotini's house to be quiet, well equipped and comfortable, and Fotini is a great host, and always available to answer any questions or give advice on the area. I look forward to many more stays.

We had a great week at Shan’s place. It was clean, spacious and most important peaceful. Not so far from nice beaches if you have a car. Nice swimming pool outside. Really recommended place if you wanna have a relaxing peaceful vacation out of the crowd. :)

Would recommend staying at this apartment for other guests as it was a pleasant stay. The apartment is on the second floor and with a good layout, including featuring 2 balconies in different directions. The view from the front balcony is very nice both during day time and evening when the sun is setting to the sea. Apartment had everything needed to stay comfortably. Location was in a great village and the house is surrounded by a lot of other similar housings, making the area look nice and quiet (likely during season it is filled with people and families and becomes more alive). There is a small shop a few minutes car drive away, likely 15 min walk away and also a coffee shop. A big supermarket is about 10 min car drive away and airport is also very close. Good starting point to either drive to Paphos or to other directions like Limassol and Larnaca. Hosting company is very responsive and helpful, we had a slight issue with wifi on arrival and the technicians were sent out immediate
