Cazarea a fost una frumoasă,curată,exact ca în poze. Gazda a fost una foarte prietenoasă,receptivă. Pe scurt recomand cazarea și gazda cu mare drag. Cu siguranță când mai avem ocazia, tot la Andreea vom apela.

Am avut parte de o experiență fantastică la acest apartament de Revelion! 🏡 Totul a fost exact așa cum ne-am dorit: curățenie impecabilă, un decor modern și primitor, iar spațiul a fost perfect pentru a ne simți ca acasă. Gazda a fost super amabilă și atentă la detalii, asigurându-se că avem tot ce ne trebuie Recomand din tot sufletul acest apartament, fie pentru o vacanță liniștită, fie pentru o ocazie specială, cum a fost Revelionul nostru. Un apartament foarte curat, foarte bine mobilat. Ar putea fi imbunatatite dotarile. Florin o gazda excelenta, foarte receptiv, a raspuns prompt tuturor solicitarilor.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest apartament. Locația este ultracentrală, la doar câțiva pași de Piața Unirii, iar zona este foarte liniștită. Apartamentul a fost curat și confortabil, iar totul a fost funcțional. Recomand cu încredere!

Locuința Ritei este locul in care îți dorești să te întorci. Am găsit un apartament impecabil, încărcat cu o energie extrem de bună. Gazda este minunată. A raspuns promt la toate solicitările noastre. Descrierea este pe platformă si credeti ma este mult mai bine. Mulțumesc Ritei pentru tot si recomand din suflet acest acasă

It felt like home the moment I entered the door. Very cozy, clean and spacious with everything you need. The parking lot was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back anytime.

Un apartament excelent pentru familii și nu numai. Zona excelentă, iar prețul este mai mult decât perfect pentru ceea ce oferă gazda. Cu siguranță vom mai apela.

Totul a fost conform asteptarilor. Procesul de comunicare cu proprietarul a fost super ok. Locuinta a fost curata si dotata cu toate cele necesare. Multumim.

Este la 15-20 min de mers pe jos fata de centru. Este intr-o zona linistita. Apartamentul are tot ce ai nevoie. Singurul incovenient a fost baia foarte mica.

5 Stars. Excellent view, comfy beds, easy to use public transportation. Our family of 4 stayed one week in Cluj-Napoca and were very happy with the apartment. There are plenty of services in the neighborhood (groceries very near by). It was nice to have a dishwasher and we appreciated the welcome wine. The WiFi worked well. The street-side bedrooms have traffic noise, the adults needed earplugs (the kids sleep through everything). Finding the correct staircase took a little time when we first arrived, it is in the parking lot behind the Carrefour Express... but once we knew where to go everything was very convenient. Overall a great stay and we'd stay again if and when we visit Cluj-Napoca again! Thanks for a great stay.

I liked the apartment. It is well-equipped and has a balcony. The bed is comfortable (and not too soft) and the bathroom provides everything one needs. (Storage surface is always an issue, from my point of view, but this is the same everywhere (;). Generally, the furniture and equipment seem to be quite new. The Wifi connection is.... ok. (If you need broader bandwidth, you should probably double-check.) The neighbourhood is quiet and one can walk to the city centre in 20-30 minutes. Of course, Uber and Bolt are also never too far away. (During my short stay I didn't try the other means of public transport). I enjoyed my stay.

Ne-am simtit minunat in apartamentul cozy al Ilincai! Arata exact ca in poze, as spune chiar mai bine in realitate, foarte curat si bine organizat, ne-am simtit ca acasa de indata ce am intrat. Ilinca este foarte draguta si prompta, ghidul oferit de ea legat de check-in si check-out ne-a fost de mare ajutor pentru a pastra locul exact asa cum l-am gasit si nu numai. Cu siguranta vom mai alege locul Ilincai pentru viitoarele vizite la Cluj! 10/10

If this place is available, TAKE IT. It's just about as rare a find as you can hope to come across. The space is perfect, and every needed amenity (public transit; grocery; pharmacy; coffee) are less than a minute away. The space is tastefully furnished, the ceiling is ages above you, and the entire space, while very comfortable, also has a very historic feel to it. It's very well maintained as well. For those of us out there who try to find more unique places to stay... you generally have to choose between "unique" and "comfortable." This was a rare exception, where everything met the most modern of needs. The host is, by far, one of the most responsive, considerate, and friendly. It's nice being able to have a conversation now and then on the stairwell about motorcycles, local student life, or why the weather went from 0c to 27c over a day. And for those of us who don't speak a word of Romanian, he is a great help.
