Apartment holiday rentals in Flores

We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

O apartamento e ainda mais bonito pessoalmente, muito bem localizado, no bairro de Palermo Soho onde você poderá encontrar os melhores restaurantes e cafeterias e andar tranquilamente a pé à noite (mesmo para uma viajante solo como eu). Além de ter uma cozinha super equipada para preparar sua comida em um dia que não esteja com vontade de sair ou mesmo fazer seu próprio café da manhã em uma manhã fria e chuvosa. Azul e Nico são excelentes anfitriões, foram super atenciosos com meu check-in tardio e me ajudaram como uma limpeza extra, pois tive bastante dias de hospedagem. Super indico para quem está indo conhecer Buenos Aires, você estará na melhor região da cidade. Um grande abraço.

Super Wohnung im 19. Stock mit einer Terrasse, die eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergänge bietet. Sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr leise, kein Strassenlärm. Das Viertel ist gut an den ÖNPV angebunden und wird von ein, zweistöckigen Häusern bestimmt. Es gibt ein paar sehr gute Cafés in Laufweite. Ich mag den Stadtteil. Touristen gibt es hier kaum.

El departamento de Liliana es mucho más lindo que las fotos, es moderno , cuenta con una cocina y vajilla completa para poder cocinar, la ducha es espectacular con mucha presión de agua, nos alojamos tres noches con un clima muy frío y ella se encargó de dejarnos mantas las cuales no hicieron falta ya que la calefacción estuvo perfecta, la zona es muy segura y tranquila, con muchos restaurantes cerca, estacionamiento 24hs a una cuadra, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo como para estar de tres días o hasta un mes. Liliana y José se comunicaron siempre y nos recibieron para darnos todas las recomendaciones Regresaremos!!! Muchas Gracias

This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

El departamento de Edu impecable! es hermoso y para dos personas es muy cómodo. Edu un genio, tuvimos un problema a la llegada por culpa de la aerolínea y Edu nos supo resolver muy bien. Sin dudas una muy buena estadía.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-designed property. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—while the apartment itself was both stylish and functional. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Alejandro. He was incredibly proactive, professional, flexible, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to offer helpful advice, made us feel completely at home, and was always available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Buenos Aires—and we will definitely be back!

The slick apartment is super thoughtfully laid out & designed, and was squeaky clean when I arrived. Has absolutely everything you need (including a vacuum cleaner & washer, cleaning stuff, coffee, etc) and great wifi for working from home. Comfy bed, comfy couch. The highlight though was the location: an easy walk to everything, close to major streets with busses, great restaurants, and yet very peaceful. This apartment was definitely the best value apartment I stayed in during my 4 months in Buenos Aires, and I had a great 1-month stay there. Emiliano was really responsive & a great host. The only warning is that the windows aren't well-insulated, and since I was there at the beginning of winter I did find myself having to keep the heating on at all times. If you get cold easily & WFH that might be a problem if booking in the winter (as the desk is right beside the window) but that's really the only thing I can think of. Aside from that, absolutely 10/10 stay. Thank you Emiliano!

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Gente que anfitrião incrível ! Pessoa alto astral prestativo, gentil e muito gente boa . Tivemos o prazer de conhecê-lo pois ele faz questão de nos recepcionar. Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Ótimo apartamento, próximo a estação do metrô e vários restaurantes, prédio tranquilo e de fácil acesso, recomendo.

El edificio está ubicado a pocas cuadras de calle Corrientes y la Av. 9 de Julio. La nota saliente de este departamento es la vista impresionante de toda Buenos Aires desde el piso 18. Permite apreciar el amanecer y la puesta del sol. El personal de la entrada es respetuoso. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amigables. La cocina, el baño, agua caliente, la calefacción, el televisor funcionaban perfecto. Recomiendo mucho la estadía en este departamento. Volvería.
