We spent Christmas in Julien and Amelie's house, and it was like being at home! The house is warm and cozy, with everything you need to make the most of your stay, even if you're at home. Julien and Amelie are very kind and caring hosts, you can see that they keep us that their guests are comfortable. A Christmas we will remember with great happiness! The small outbuilding is spacious and functional. Everything is there to safely park your vehicle, cook, and relax. Hours are flexible, and especially hosts are very responsive and warm. I would recommend it!

Functional apartment, very well located in the heart of the center and close to the banks of the Loire. Large free parking. Entrance either through the building lobby or through the enclosed garden. We had a great weekend with the family. As well as being in a good location, the house was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Vanessa and her family was very accommodating and available.

Excellent stay with my two children, the house is very well located close to the bike paths of the Loire, private courtyard to park your vehicle. The house is very clean and well-equipped, we were able to enjoy the pool, the sauna, the ping-pong table and the bikes kindly made available. Dany lives on site in the house opposite, very discreet and available if needed. I highly recommend this peaceful haven for good times with the family.

Very nice accommodation, located in the historic center of the city. I really recommend it.

Very well furnished and very clean accommodation, peaceful and easy to access. It has easy access with the possibility of parking your vehicle nearby and direct access to the garden. Eugenia, whom we met, is very friendly and available for advice. Accommodation to recommend and that we will book without hesitation during a new visit to the region.

Great Apartment in a great location with everything you need for short or longer stays. Helpful hosts and great communications. The only downside of this apartment is the thin windows and loud pedestrian streets at night.

We enjoyed our stay at Romain's place. The appartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is well located so everything is within walking distance. We were able to store our bikes in a small shed out the back.
