Holiday rentals with a patio in Fjord

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i huset til Erlend. Perfekt for familie. Gåavstand til klatreparken. Flott uteplass. Erlend svarte raskt på meldinger. Kan anbefales.

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful view of the fjord and the mountains. Close to many beautiful hiking and sight-seeing opportunities. The house was wonderful and included everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Would definitely recommend to others.

This lovely apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms more than met our needs and we truly enjoyed the scenic views from the living room and deck. Martin was a wonderful host and took very good care of us. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story/ 4 apartment unit. So you do hear the neighbors above on occasion. It should be noted that the unit is located in a residential area so there are several local residents living close by in the neighborhood. We had no issues with this but we mention it in case a potential renter is looking for solitude in an idyllic mountain setting. It is not in an isolated area. The proximity to Geiranger was excellent so the apartment’s location made a great base of operations for our adventures in and around Geiranger. Highly recommended.

We really liked the new modern house. We lived on the second floor, with a spacious living room, very modern and stylish, cozy interior, spacious balcony, and wonderful view of the mountain peaks. The new housing area is surrounded by nature. A particularly pleasant surprise was the personal attention and the welcome package in the fridge with local food products. The convenient sauna was nice to warm up in the evening, and the electric car charging station was a great addition. Our sincere congratulations and thanks. 11 out of 10, highly recommended. Staying at Eirik’s home was truly an exceptional experience. The house was immaculate, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The stunning view from the living room felt like our own slice of paradise, we often found ourselves just pausing to take it all in. What made our stay even more memorable was meeting Eirik in person before check-in. He was warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to show us around, made sure we felt completely at home, and answered all our questions with care. Throughout our stay, he remained thoughtful, prompt, and responsive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Hosts like Eirik are rare. His attention to detail and remarkable hospitality turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If I could give a million stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll be so glad you did! Martins place is amazing. We felt immediately like home and having the cozy fireplace in the main room was very nice. Everything was super clan and well in order, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed, except a hairdryer at the beginning, but Martin organized immediately that someone brought us a brand new one the next day. We were blessed with 180 cm snow within our one week stay and with spectacular polar lights which we observed on the upper terrace on New Year’s Eve as well as on the day after. Our main activity during our stay was to go ski at the Strandafiellet ski resort only a 10 minute drive up the mountain, which we also can highly recommend. Martin was super responsive and helpful when we were in need (we got stuck in the snow with our car a view times) and directed us for the best route back to Oslo on the snowy winter roads. We highly recommend Martins place and we would love to come back some day.

Jogeir's hytta is located between Trollstigen and Geiranger. You need to hop on Eidsdal-Linge ferry to cross fjord to reach here, but its very convient, just takes 15 mins and available till late night with good frequency. The surroundings are calm and beautiful and there are lot of good places to visit by car. We were 2 families (4 adults 3 kids) visited by electric cars, hosts was kind to allow us to charge the car. Hosts were very helpful and quickly responding. Place can easily accomodate upto 4 families. Everything you need is available in hytta. Finding the place using google maps was easy and there is enough parking space. I would recommend this place to future visitors. If I ever visit the nearby areas I will rent the place again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with huge windows overlooking the scenery. Would definitely recommend.

超溫馨的房子

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, super sauber und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Highlight war die eigene Sauna. Es gab mehr als genug Handtücher und sogar verschiedene Duftstoffe für Aufgüsse. Ein rund um perfektes Zuhause auf unserer Norwegen Rundreise.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zuhause gefühlt. Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben. Hanne und ihre Mama waren super flexibel und haben uns 2 Stunden später herzlich in einer sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung empfangen. Wenn wir gekonnt hätten, wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Wir waren schon in vielen Wohnungen und hatten Kontakt zu vielen Gastgebern, aber hier fühlten wir uns wirklich am wohlsten.

Wir haben uns bei Henriette sehr wohl gefühlt. Super, sind die tollen Wanderwege in der Umgebung. Unsere drei Jungs haben sich riesig über die Pferde, Schafe, Katzen und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft gefreut. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, gastfreundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und den Fotos entsprechend.

Die Unterkunft entsprach meinen Erwartungen vollkommen, wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Frode der Vermieter, den ich persönlich kennen lernte, ist sehr sympatisch und offen. Er hat mir Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe gegeben und konnte mir jede Frage beantworten. Ich hatte das Gefühl bei einem Freund zu wohnen um nicht bei einem Fremden. Ich kann nur positives berichten. Danke Frode!

Vi hadde et supert opphold i leiligheten til John Henry i påskeferien. Leiligheten var perfekt for en familie på 4, romslig og hyggelig innredet, med utsikt til bakken fra stua. Topp beliggenhet rett ved skianlegget, men fortsatt rolig og fredelig. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!
