Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Fiume Versilia

We had a wonderful holiday in the house in a group of 12 people. Giulia and her father were very attentive and were always taking care that everything is perfect for us. The area is very nice, as well as the apartments and especially the pool we found stunning! Giulia is super friendly and was very accommodating with several things. We are very grateful for the wonderful time and can only recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was available. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

Ideal apartment for visiting the 5 lands, close to the train station. It is located in the shopping street, just a little noise in the evening. The accommodation is clean with air conditioning. However, the shower is a little small. We didn't see Lorena but communication was very easy

Our stay with Silvia was very pleasant...very quiet, beautiful garden, swimming pool,...also Silvia, her husband, and children were extremely friendly..and helpful...beautiful base to visit all the surrounding larger cities..we had 10 beautiful days of leave in Empoli...definitely recommend..good value for money!!

We had a pleasant stay with a large apartment and a small, cozy outdoor area. Very, very good welcome from Marcello. He gave us the keys himself and not in a key box which is impersonal. Very good communication with Marcello, very available to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely fantastic stay, Livorno is a beautiful city and the apartment was the perfect hub for seeing it. It’s five minutes away from some of the best food ever and within eyesight of good bars and cafés. The building is very nice and easy to access. Andrea was responsive and checked in frequently to see how things were going and if I needed anything!

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

amazing place, so beautiful, and very kind guests. they helped us a lot with our very late check in and gave us some good recommendations. the place was amazing, some beautiful hiking trails, access to pisa, lucca and bagni the lucca(it’s surprisingly famous so don’t forget to book well before). house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. we traveled in december so couldn’t use the pool. the floor was a bit cold so we left two pairs of slippers for the next guests.

A really impeccable stay! The house is simply perfect: cared for in every detail and incredibly well-equipped — I have never found such a complete accommodation, with everything you need (and more!) to feel truly at home. The owner was very kind and always attentive to everything, available and caring from the first to the last moment. A rare hospitality that really makes a difference. We really enjoyed our stay and the lovely apartment. Lisa meant us at check in and throughout our stay was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions and had wonderful recommendations. There was all sorts of treats & were well stocked for cooking needs. Probably the best I have ever seen. In a quiet location but close to a tram stop for a quick ride to the old city. Don't miss the gelato just a short walk from the stay. Excellent and highly recommended!

Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! The best experience we have ever had with Air BnB, Alessia and Galia are the most wonderful people and have been so welcoming and helpful with our stay here. Perfect for children with a garden to play in and a great house to sleep. We were even met with fresh produce from their garden, cherries and zucchinis and a freshly baked cake - what more could you ask for. There are air con in the bedrooms and the house is cool and super clean. We love this place and would love to return here again next year. So if you are looking to find an authentic and peaceful retreat very close to montecatini terme, then this is the place to stay. Thank you so much for the stay and your hospitality 🙂🙏🏻

We had a lovely stay!

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The decor was a little old-fashioned, but that added to the authentic atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, which allowed us a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, which made preparing your own meals very easy. A small drawback was that the house is a little far from the city center and that the pool could only be used at certain times; it would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance. Nevertheless, the host was extremely polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. Despite the small flaws, everything was outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.
