Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

We had a nice time at Livio's accommodation. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The apartment is located in a fantastic environment. There are restaurants and a supermarket on site. The check-in and out was well organized and so we could arrive late. Parking was right in front of the house. Host Livio is easy to reach and gave us good excursion tips. If the opportunity arises, we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation offered is exactly the same as in the photos, even better, very clean and extremely peaceful, a real haven of peace. We loved our stay in Tivoli, a cute little town. We were able to easily find restaurants that offer gluten-free cuisine as well as a bakery. The host gave us some addresses. I thank the host for his welcome, these tips and these little addresses. 🥰 It was a real pleasure to stay with you.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Loved our stay! Pascale is the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. We found our best dinners and gelato just steps away and she was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations! She truly thinks of everything you could ever need.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful interior design, Italian taste for sure! Tall ceilings, clean, and a beautiful court yard. The highlight for us was the cat (Baja) who lived in the courtyard, she was so beautiful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

Our family of five - four adults and one teen - liked the location. We walked about two blocks to get to a “forno “ (a bakery ) for breakfast items. We never looked for a grocery for other meals because we had other plans and were away from just after breakfast until 9 pm. Having two full bathrooms for five people was great. My husband and I slept in the “ pull- down from the wall” bed (American queen-size) and my children stayed in the other bedroom in three single beds. My son reports that the mattresses in that room were softer than other European hotel rooms (he has stayed in MANY) and he appreciated that and slept very well. The children appreciated that the room had room darkening shades. The main living area, where the pull-down bed was, had room darkening shades, too, which are very necessary. The a/c worked well. For Americans, the washer/dryer was mystifying-it has a very small capacity and I could never figure out how to make it dry clothes, so I had to hang them up to dry.

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
