This top rated accommodation was located conveniently by the beach and a convenience store. Very quiet and comfortable. Can fit 5 well, and the well stocked kitchen and living area is wonderful. The balcony was lovely for evenings. Reasonable walk to town. Our host was very friendly and helpful, as well as responsive immediately. She provided suggestions for activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would return for sure! Thk u!!

Nous avons trouvé un lieu et des hôtes tels que décrits dans tous les commentaires concernant cette location. Tout y est pensé pour un super accueil, dans les moindres détails, un petit cadeau d'accueil, un réfrigérateur avec de la nourriture pour notre premier repas, très propre et avec un jeu de serviettes pour changer. Nos hôtes ont répondu à toutes nos questions, très rapidement et se sont régulièrement intéressées à notre bien être pour savoir si nous n'avions besoin de rien. Gros plus pour nous, les vélos que nous avons beaucoup utilisé. Je recommande vivement cette location, merci à Militsa et Angeliki pour leur accueil.

Amazing hosts and the place exceeded our expectations! Beautiful view from the balcony and the place has everything you could need whilst on holiday. Many many restaurants right outside and the beaches are just a short walk away. Hosts were very helpful and communicative would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect; it is close enough to the city center, within walking distance with most things needed - supermarket, groceries, pharmacies, cafes and small restaurants. The flat was very clean and well-maintained. Quite spacious for a studio. And it had everything needed for a stay. All instructions (internet, keys, hot water) were in place, which was very thoughtful. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Responded very fast so had no issues in communication. Recommend the place and the host without any doubt.

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

Giovannis is a GREAT host. Highly recommend this place. Very cosy, clean and great sea view. I was received with a chilled bottle of wine, and cold water and from arrival felt like I was home. This place is perfect for short or long term stay. Such as generous host who even offered me late check out without me asking for it. Wooow! It's wonderful to stay at a place where the host deeply cares about their guests. Thank you for this. I will certainly return to this apartment and highly, highly recommend it.

Lovely quiet apartment. Hire car delivered to the complex and returned to airport. Lovely Taverna in the village and well stocked little supermarket. Petra and Bernhard were perfect hosts with brilliant prompt communication. Was great having Keith on site to answer any questions. Will miss hearing the sheep and goats passing by the fields at the back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Great place to stay, amazing views. We were lucky the field in front of the house were lush and green. Nice coastal walks, great restaurants along the path, both Enalia and Theta had really nice food with traditional and fusion options. The house is very well equipped with labels on switches which makes a lot of difference in a rental. The place is very quiet day and night. we really liked the open plan living dining space.

Anoki is a great host! Replies were very fast and everything was there for us to have a very comfortable stay. All the basics were there so that was very convenient. A few points, the kitchen and bathroom are fine, but a bit old - slightly low water pressure and the water doesn’t get hot during the morning/day. And make sure to realise this house has quite some stairs. We travelled with two small kids and I kind of missed this but overall it is doable. Also a car is definitely needed, there isn’t really anything near the house. We didn’t stay at the beach in front because it isn’t the prettiest one. It was very nice to not have to buy basics such as shower gel or peper and salt etc. Everything was there! That was really nice :) overall we had a very nice stay!

Das Cosy Beachhouse verdient seinen Namen!Liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Santiago hat uns auch frisches Brot,Butter und Käse, sowie Obst angebotenen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad im ersten Stock waren schön und ebenfalls gut eingerichtet, Moskitonetz, Verdunklungsrollos,wie auch im restlichen Gebäude. Man hat sehr schöne Ausblicke von allen 3 Ebenen,die Dachterrasse spricht für sich selbst. Der Aussenbreich/Garten lädt zum chillen ein. Papayabäume,Kräuter,Aussendusche,Grill,Liegebett....so stellt man sich das vor!Oder man geht ein paar Schritte und springt ins nahe Meer. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können Santiago und sein Haus nur bestens weiterempfehlen .

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Wohnung liegt in äußerer Reihe in einer kleinen überschaubaren Anlage mit Bungalows. Wir hatten eine Terrasse vor dem Haus und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick hinter dem Haus mit reichlich Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht . Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, ein Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen und sehr viel Geschirr. Auch gibt es genügend Bettwäsche und vor allem reichlich Handtücher vor Ort. Stefanos hat extra für den Bungalow einen neuen Kontaktgrill angeschafft, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vor Ort in der Anlage ist auch eine Ansprechpartnerin. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Urlaubszeit.

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I can't imaging staying anywhere else. The location, the flat, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. I got up early just to watch the sunrise. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a meal. I've stayed here several times and have had wonderful experiences. Great value for what you receive. The host is A+++

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. İlk olarak tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Evdeki her şey yepyeniydi. Manzara harikadıydı ve balkonda çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak hem denize hem de sur içine çok yakındı. Hemen yakınında marketin olması da büyük avantajdı. Dündar Bey sorularımıza anında dönüş yaptı. Çok kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Ayrıca oldukça güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Kendisine çok sevgi ve selamlar❣️ Site çocuklar ve yalnız gelenler için de çok güvenli. Havuz ve spa dan yararlanmak için mutlaka kayıt yaptırmak ve bileklik almak gerekiyor. Bu konuda çok sıkılar. Kayıt işlemi yoğunluktan dolayı biraz uzun sürebiliyor. Bu yüzden son dakikaya bırakmayın ve önceden bilgilerinizi gönderin. Ayrıca Tatiana’ya jesti için çok teşekkür ederiz. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.

Notre séjour à Chypre a été très agréable et avons eu la chance de trouver un studio très fonctionnel, agréable , propre . La vue du balcon était de toute beauté. À chaque fois que nous avons posé des questions à la propriétaire, elle nous a toujours répondu immédiatement. Elle a été formidable. Seul petit bémol : quelques coupures de courants dans la semaine et surtout le jour de notre départ : 10 étages à descendre avec les bagages !!!! Nous n’avons plus 20 ans !!!! !😂 Mais cela n’a pas été insurmontable ! Nous recommandons ce joli studio à toutes nos connaissances et espérons y revenir nous aussi dans quelques temps .Airbnb demande pour ces choix 5 étoiles moi je mets 10 étoiles !!!! C’était notre première expérience en Airbnb et avons eu beaucoup de chance de ce choix.
