Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fillinges

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Très agréable séjour au pied de la pointe des Brasses ! Terrasse et jardin paisibles. Vacances très ressourçantes. Beaucoup de jeux de société et livres dispo en cas de mauvais temps ou pour rester au calme à la maison.

Le logement est sublime, Gérard est très arrangeant et plein de bons conseils, l'environnement est sublime et paisible. Notre séjour de quelque jours aura été des plus reposant et agréable, nous ne pouvons que recommander.

I enjoyed my stay whilst on a road trip around europe! The cottage is very clean and quaint located in the French countryside. Samuel was very friendly and responsive. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby in Boege and it is convieniently located 45 minutes from Annecy and 47 minutes from Geneve by car. I went to Annemasse (which has various free parking spots) and took a 20 minute train into Geneve for the day for just €9.80 return.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Claire et Benoit sont extrêmement bienveillants et disponibles. Le lave-vaisselle était malheureusement en panne mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé. Pour s’excuser, Claire et Benoit nous ont offert un panier de produits du terroir, nous avons apprécié cette délicate attention. Malgré la pluie, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement nous a permis d’être au calme, et les randonnées nous ont ressourcé. Nous recommandons ce bel endroit !

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Bel accueil de Camille et David pour un séjour dans le calme, en toute tranquillité ! La salle de bain était très propre, comme le linge de lit.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

"Made with love" is the best way to describe Jean-Claude's and Marinette's beautiful place. The interior design and the view are gorgeous. Every time I thought I had forgotten something (scissors, travel adapter) I found it was already provided for. And there is even Ninja Cooker! Marinette made sure that I have everything I needed when I arrived and Jean-Claude messaged me straight away when he found I had forgotten some of my belongings, so I could return and collect them. During my stay I had all the privacy I needed and the internet was working perfectly. Thank you so much Jean-Claude and Marinette for your wonderful hospitality - I look forward to returning again!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Super logement, complet et paisible. Les commerces sont à 15 minutes à pied, ce qui est agréable !

Un posto tranquillo dove riposare un poco e svegliarsi con il canto degli uccelli. Abbiamo fatto colazione, con prodotti locali, sulla terrazza che offre un panorama bellissimo dove sorge il sole. Stéphane è disponibile, cordiale e si mette a disposizione per ogni esigenza. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che si necessita. Il giardino è enorme e recintato: il nostro cane si è divertito moltissimo in piena sicurezza e ha giocato anche con le due piccole figlie di Stéphane. La sauna è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. In effetti, è stata una buona esperienza; ci ritorneremmo.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

bonjour Dans ce logement nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois pas de surprise. Notre hôte est très discret disponible . Très bien situé sans être en centre ville. logement très propre, le seul inconvénient pas de salle de bain la douche se trouve dans la cuisine. Pas de bruit de rue. et jardin clos pour la joie de mes 2 toutous . Merci pour tout.

appartement décoré avec goût avec des matériaux de qualité espérons que les locataires auront à cœur de le respecter vue exceptionnelle sur le lac gentillesse de Ben toujours à l'écoute jamais je n'ai vu une literie aussi propre dans un rb and b couette et oreillers impeccables à conseiller sans aucun problème nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter de la région au printemps. Anne Laure et sa mère ont été très accueillante.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
