Beach house holiday rentals in Fiji

A slice of paradise worth visiting. We were there for 8 days and we could have easily stayed much longer. While the publicity photos have been tweaked a little they didn't really do justice to the venue or the location. Staff were lovely. Responsive, flexible and friendly. Communications were top notch. Never had to wait to have concerns and requests addressed. Katarina was our main contact before arrival and she was always prompt with replies. Jay was our main contact on site and he sorted our food and any other needs we had. The saltwater pool was an absolute life saver and we spent a lot of our time in and out of the water. The lagoon was amazing and so full of life it kept us entranced by all the different goings on. We timed our stay to coincide with the tides being full around midday. Worth thinking about that. All in all a brilliant holiday in an amazing location with outstanding facilities.

Brian’s place overlooks Maui Bay with lots of outside areas to enjoy the excellent views. The location is perfect for exploring the Coral Coast. The beach in front of the unit across the road is small during high tide but you can walk a mile during low tide. The pier is fun to jump off for a swim. Enjoyed our stay at Brian’s and highly recommend a visit.

This is our second time visiting Naiviivi village. Gary’s place is as advertised. It is not a resort but a place to truly experience Fijian village life firsthand. The people are warm and friendly and welcome you into their community. Their smiles and laughter are infectious. It’s a peaceful place to observe how a close knit village operates. The children are a special delight. The host Pa and his wife are some of the happiest souls you’ll ever encounter.

The perfect home to stay at to spend time with family and friends with in Suva. Plenty of space, great ammenities, and lovely outside areas to accommodate small family gatherings. Beautiful secure garden for kids to play outside. Perfect for our small family. The house was very clean and had all amenities required fur a comfortable stay. Perfect location, we ´ve had everything what we needed. Daniel is great, very responsive host… Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us! There are reconstruction works nearby and Daniel warned about it, so may be for sensitive people I wouldn ´t recommend it. We were fine with it, we listened singing workers, only in Fiji 😃!

We had a great week at Anir’s place. The location was great with stunning views and easy access to town and the beach. Good showers and comfortable beds and AC so we were well rested by the end of our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Vatu Vonu is incredible! Beautiful house in idyllic location. Welcomed by Waqa, seni & jj who were so warm & looked after us so beautifully cooking us delicious meals. The banana pancakes were a hit. House is well setup with everything you need. Access to boat was fantastic and we explored so many different islands and snorkelling gems. Our kids loved visiting the local school & playing touch footy with the kids. Hosts were fantastic, everything was organised for us. Such a relaxing holiday. Gorgeous house and superb view by plunge pool. Highly recommend a visit. Best holiday ever! Scotts family will definitely come again. Thanks Katie, Mike & Adam x

This was the perfect place for 6 adults to stay when we went to a wedding at the Outrigger which was about 5 minutes drive. It is a walkable distance but not in our wedding shoes LOL! It is a short distance to the beach where you can swim and snorkel at high tide. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area although the Crab Shack and the Beach Bar n Grill were our favourites - great meals, reasonably priced. The pool at the house was superb to cool down in. Lots of space in the house for us all. The caretaker and his family downstairs were extremely nice and helpful. The lady that greeted us on arrival and when we were leaving was great too. Like others have said, the only negative would be the barking dogs in the neighbourhood. Otherwise we had a great stay, thanks Norelle and Samisoni.

Lovely private space. A great place to relax after a long day of travelling and work. Highly recommend, if you're ever in Rakiraki for work, or holiday.

We had a great stay at the Villa! Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable, million dollar view from the deck and the pool was great to cool off and enjoy the view. It's a short walk to town for restaurants and shopping all very near by. We will definitely be back again!

Ceazar was very accommodating and friendly. Interactions with Ceazar were prompt, he was ready and willing to help in any way possible to ensure our stay was comfortable. The Villa was well equipped and served as a sanctuary after a long day’s adventure. Villa was spacious and clean with thoughtful touches like shampoo/conditioner, soap/lotion. The pool was a bonus and well used during our stay. To note: listings check in/out times differ from Naisoso Island check in/out time by an hour either side. Ceazar allows for 11am check out, although Naisoso Receptionist was contacting me to ask why I wasn’t out by 10am. A little bit of a miscommunication but I was able to prove to them via Airbnb app, of check out time. Aside from this all else went smoothly and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was looking for a quite place to do some work for a couple of day and it was great. The pool at the just out the door is treat. Lynn who checks you in is lovely. Good restaurant 500m down the road. Recommend highly.

William's Villa has to be the best I've stayed in, and I've stayed in many whilst in Fiji. Rooms are so comfy and spacious, with own ensuuites. The pool and outdoor area has been a hit with my children. We checked in late, as we got stuck in Nadi due to the floods. Dee was so helpful with guiding and assisting us to ensure we had a smooth check in and assisted us with all our needs whilst at the Villa.

What a beautiful home! The photos do not do this space justice. It was clean, had all the amenities and some, and my family really appreciated the privacy of the location. Isabel is a great hostess and we will be rebooking in the near future. Vinaka

This is a gorgeous spot! The view is incredible and the house is just lovely. My kids loved the pool and we all spent many happy hours reading on the deck. Kitchen is well stocked. The shower has the best view ever!! Isoa, the wonderful caretaker, was happy to drive us all around the island. He took us to town for groceries and also to the rock waterside (a big win for kids!), the Buoma waterfalls (totally magical) and arranged a boat to take us to Honeymoon island for snorkeling, which was beautiful. We also went on the Coastal Walk, which was a perfect hike and enjoyed by all. Two days on the reef rounded it out perfectly. The house was cleaned each day—such a treat! The little beach down the path has nice snorkeling. It’s a small beach, and you can’t go out at low tide. The beds are a bit worn. All in all, a fantastic week!

Perfect for what we wanted for the weekend. Place is enormous! Quiet local cul-de-sac, and even had our own parking driveway. Georgia and Steve met us on arrival to ensure we were in ok, and that we had everything we need, lovely couple :). Welcomed with cold water in fridge, a large fruit bowl, from the garden surrounding the house was great. Loved the location in Korotogo, a cute little bohemian settlement next to the big Outrigger Hotel, we especially liked being able to walk to a number of bars and restaurants, allowing us to have a few beers/wines and walk home. Falling asleep to the sounds of waves breaking on the reef, with the cool tradewinds blowing through the curtains was dreamy! Particularly liked the Beach Bar & Grill and Crab Shack on the beach only a 5 min walk away. Sitting on the balcony watching the morning break with a cup of coffee listening to the ocean and birds in the garden was idealitic! Will stay here again on our next visit 100% !

What a special gem in SavuSavu! The place is clean and spacious- large and equipped kitchen, cable TV, bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and big beds, plus AC. The architecture is stunning- wood and glass. The property is right on the road yet feels secluded and private. A 2 minute walk to an accessible coral beach to take out a kayak or snorkel at high tide. Host, Jeff, and property staff, Maria and Osea, are kind, thoughtful and accomodating. The location is fairly remote, particularly if you don’t have your own car, but still very worth it if you’re prepared with groceries and things to do (or just relax). I’d recommend this accommodation to any and all looking for a large, private place well worth it’s value.

From the moment we arrived, Natasha made us feel so welcome and at home. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We even got a lovely welcome basket with fresh fruit - it was such a thoughtful touch! If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a great location, look no further. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Stayed 2 weeks with family of 5 (8, 10, 13). Absolutely gorgeous location. Caretaker family made us feel very welcome with unexpected treats. Having sampled a few of the eating establishments in Savusavu you could do worse than coming to a private arrangement for Maopa to provide meals for you! The wild pig curry (trapped by Joe) was succulent and delicious. Kayaks saw a lot of use, kids loved chasing crabs, beach combing and walking out at low tide to discover the marine life. I was glad to have kitted everyone out with diving gloves because the kids can and will pick up anything and everything!! If you are prepared to walk out at low tide (aqua socks recommended) you can see so much coral and fish snorkelling off the point. The water is beautiful and warm, and you can still do everything even when it's raining as the rain is lovely and warm. The caretaker family has friendly dogs who will keep you company as you wander up and down the beach, cats, goats, pigs, chickens and a rooster I couldn't quite warm to as he insisted on crowing at inconvenient times 😉 The kids got into feeding the pigs all the organic waste, and I think everyone felt a wrench at leaving Scrappy behind. Waikona is a lovely place to stay and we will have fond memories of our time in Fiji. Note that this is the tropics, and that means there will be bugs. We had all the doors open to catch the beautiful breeze, but you'll want to close everything up before you turn on the lights inside. Turn off all lights at night and all will be well. Personal repellent a must. There is also no wifi at the house, best to get a local sim and data from town (about 7FJD / week) Also, be advised there is no taxi rank outside Savusavu airport, so best to contact Joe to arrange a taxi beforehand as it gets tricky to nab one given there's no single number to call for taxis. Waikona is about 30min away from Savusavu by car, so hiring a car is advised also. We used James Rental and can recommend it

Definitely recommend this place. Abdul was very helpful and was always just a text away. The place was great and just what we needed. It had a lot of space to spread out and the privacy was just what we needed for a home-away-from-home. My children loved it and always cried to return (mostly because there was internet). We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back here again.

Once I arrived in town, Mario had a taxi pick me up and bring me to the location which was easy and convenient. He had his taxi driver able to pick me up anytime I needed, the location and the view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful, and Mario was an amazing host.
