Otmane was a great host, attentive, kind and helpful. He made sure to make our stay great! Initially I chose this apartment to spend the last days of my trip to Fes and I wanted to be close to the airport and needed to remote work. The internet speed was great and the desk and chair too. I also loved the living room and the kitchen. The apartment had already plenty of things that I didnt have to worry about like spices, oil, airfryer, toaster, etc. The apartment is also close to basic facilities to get your groceries. On the downsides, the double bed is a single bed that expands and the mattress was a bit thin so it wasnt the most comfortable. Also the neighbors were quite noisy, specially at night before bed, with kids running around, crying and screaming but it's nothing you can't deal with earphones, listening to some relaxing music until everyone goes to bed, then its peaceful. I would recommend this apartment 100% and would repeat, specially because of the great host!

Mouataz was a genuinely thoughtful host―quick to answer messages and full of local tips, easy check-in, reliable Wi-Fi, and surprisingly quiet at night. Would happily stay again!

Très bon emplacement avec la possibilité d’utiliser 1 garage. Appartement agréable mais qui donne sur une grande rue… Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine. Proximité d’un supermarché (Marjane).

The host for the listing was very kind and communicative. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As others have mentioned, it can be a little loud at night but I use brown noise on my iPad and didn't hear anything. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was warm. We enjoyed the location since we were close enough to the old Medina without having to be in the midst of it all the time. The taxi pickup being right downstairs was super convenient and we would pay 15-20 MAD for both of us to get to and from the Medina which was great. If having to direct taxi's or tours for pickup/drop off you can conveniently tell them "bab el semmarine" and they'll know exactly where. Overall I recommend!

Adriano a été un très bon hôte. Malgré quelques soucis à notre arrivée en pleine nuit, il a su se montrer arrangeant et toujours à l’écoute tout au long du séjour. L’appartement était impeccable et très bien situé. Les petits restaurants à proximité sont top, et il y a même un bureau de change à mois de 100 mètres, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci à Adriano, et merci également à Sanae !

Le Dar est très beau mais mériterait plus d'entretien (plomberie,arrosage des plantes...). C'est dommage car c'est un endroit magnifique. La rue était bruyante. Nous avons quand même beaucoup aimé notre séjour et bien profité de la vue sur la terrasse. Nous aimerions revenir quand le lieu sera mieux entretenu. Merci à Elmekki qui gère le lieu et a toujours était disponible pour régler les problèmes du quotidien.

Une excellente surprise pour ce riad. Nous vous le conseillons pour vos futures sejours Nour et son équipe ont été adorables et professionnelles. Un dîner marocain que vous pouvez deguster en plus des autres prestations.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable en famille dans ce magnifique Riad au cœur de Fès. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté des lieux, mêlant authenticité marocaine et raffinement. Le Riad est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec goût et chargé de cette magie unique que seule la médina de Fès peut offrir. Abdelali et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité sincère, leur disponibilité et leur attention à chaque détail nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On ressent immédiatement que ce Riad a été pensé avec passion : chaque recoin respire l’amour du travail bien fait, et l’âme d’Abdelali y est présente à chaque instant. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la médina de Fès un panorama à couper le souffle, surtout au lever du soleil. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants, qui y ont passé des moments de joie et de détente pendant que nous profitions de la sérénité du lieu. Tout y est parfait !

Nisrine's place is located in the heart of the Fes medina and so offers a very authentic experience. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Checking in all the way to the house is not possible with a car so expect to walk some way with luggage, but this is part of the medina experience. Nisrine and Abdo were kind, always responsive and very helpful.

Je viens de passer un séjour à Fez pour le feature Musiques Sacrées J ai été enchantée , tant par le Festival que par la Médina de Fez que j ai retrouvé avec plaisir. Les Fassis sont très accueillants et particulièrement Simo qui a été à l écoute et a répondu à toutes mes questions même tard le soir. Je le remercie de sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour les visites recommandées. Je recommande vivement son hébergement.

Lo primero que quiero destacar es la inmejorable ubicación del departamento de Mehdi. A tan solo 50 metros de entrada a la explanada de la Medina de Fez, es ideal para conocer y explorar a pie. Además, Medhi siempre estuvo muy al pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Tuvimos la mala suerte de vivirr el apagón en España y eso nos modificó todo nuestro plan, sin embargo Medhi fue muy comprensible y entendió el problema y nos permitió quedarnos un día más y nos dió todas las facilidades para esperar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the riad, the staff, the accommodations, the friendliness. The rooms were absolutely stunning! They helped us with local restaurants, set up airport and tour accommodations and had both breakfast and dinner for us! Zacarías was patient and extremely helpful!! This area was filled with beautiful history!! I cannot recommend enough!!

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Contact très facile avec Mhamed; un accueil chaleureux par le gardien et le personnel de la résidence. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. À proximité : Carrefour, pharmacie, épicerie … idéal pour bien gérer le séjour. Le chauffeur Ahmed est très gentil et très serviable … en toute sérénité ; nous avons fait nos excursions autour de Fez et bien plus. Je recommande ce logement et cet hôte! !

I had a wonderful stay . The place was exactly as shown in the photos clean, cozy, and well located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed nearby. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
