Loved the place. It was exactly as described and better than I could imagine. Everything was easy and smooth. Lyndal is always there to help you with anything. Overall, great way to make our Queenstown trip memorable.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

The best Airbnb stay we have had to date! Such a beautiful property right on the lake with water views. The property has access to the Queenstown trail that takes you directly to Queenstown and connects to many other beautiful trails that you can walk/bike. The property is exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice - we will definitely be back!

Perfect home base for exploring Queenstown. Walking distance to the Onsen Pools and great food options. Porch has great views of the Shot Over River and the surrounding area. Super spacious and comfortable!

It is a really lovely place, more than my expectation. We indeed felt like home. It is very clean, and most of the things you need are provided. The place are very cosy too. The location is just perfect, very walkable to the center, and also just next to the track trail start point. The view infront of the window is just amazing! we really enjoyed this place. if there is chance to come back again, I will choose this place again. Dawn is very responsive too. Easy to communicate. Overall, it is a wonderful stay experience!

Great place, great location. Great private space

We loved our stay at Carl's place—the view is absolutely stunning, and the unit had everything we needed. It's also conveniently close to the town centre. Definitely recommend! P.S. The unit is split over two levels with no barrier between floors, so if you're travelling with little ones, just be sure to keep a close eye on them. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

Incredible house with the most amazing views. The fantastic floor plan was perfect for our large group, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Sally is a super thoughtful and responsive host and even had ballons and welcome treats for a birthday celebration. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Highly reccomend and would stay again.

We spent amazing 6 nights here. The view was incredible and all the appliances come very handy. We especially love hanging out by the fireplace at night and a coffee on the terrace during morning. Everything was perfect and we'd definitely come back. Oh, the grocery near the corner "on the spot" has this yum milk "windy bridge" which is definitely worth a try!

Very well priced little spot, tucked away from the business but still only 5 minute drive from town centre. The view is worth the stay alone fantastic view especially from the spa. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of amenities for all your kitchen needs. Thought it was a nice touch with a heated floor in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will for sure be back. Rebeca was easy to get in contact with for any questions and her instructions were very straightforward. We had great stay. Beautiful views from living room. Rooms had heated flooring and no heaters but worked fine. Floor heating in one room was not working but Gavin got it fixed the very next day. Overall very happy with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Queenstown! The panoramic views were breathtaking, and the location was ideal to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area. Jodie and Renee’s house was great! They thought of everything to make this home feel comfortable for their guests. The views were phenomenal! The heated bathroom floors were a wonderful surprise! They had a well stocked kitchen and even provided some energy drinks! We were in awe of the house and would have loved to stay longer. It felt homey and comfortable! They were also great at giving us all the information up front allowing us to be prepared once we arrived! We hope to come back again in the future!

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown.
