Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Porto Colom and Felanitx are close. Very high quality equipment in every detail. Two terraces for evenings together and sunsets. Swim spa and sundeck outside accessible from the terrace by stairs. Finca Son Ramonet is the perfect house for a family holiday, with 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, big dining area, BBQ, a big private pool of 10x 5 m with 10 sunbeds, table-tennis, playground, gardens... everything in an area of 28 thousand sq m for your private use only. It's at just 2,5 km from the town, with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, health centre... The closest beaches are at only 10 km and Palma airport is at 36 km.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Victoria und es war einfach viel zu kurz. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause vom ersten Moment an, Victoria reagiert auf alle Nachrichten super schnell, das Haus ist top ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Man kann von Sekunde eins die Ruhe genießen, wir wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben. Good job, Victoria, du hast hier eine richtige Perle :)

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft und haben den Starkregen und den Sturm gut überstanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen; haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe im Garten genossen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht so stark gestört hat. Einzig einen Tisch im Innenbereich hätten wir uns gewünscht; Bei den 2 Tagen Dauerregen haben wir eben drinnen gepicknickt und hatten in der Küche die Badelatschen an, weil zwar alles Überdacht ist, bei dem Starkregen aber der Boden der Aussenküche natürlich nass war :)

Wir haben die Finca für den Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln gebucht ! Das Haus ist wunderschön und es gibt draußen auf der überdachten Terrasse einen schönen Holztisch mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 10. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad + Klimaanlagen. Das war wichtig für uns, denn es war sehr heiß draußen. Den Yogaraum wir leider nicht nutzen, da er so heiß war, obwohl wir tagsüber die Fensterläden geschlossen hatten - trotzdem ist der große Raum wunderschön, dort ist alles zum Yogaüben. Der Garten ist sehr grün, jeden Abend wird er bewässert, besonders ist das große Grundstück mit den Mandelbäumen. Man braucht ein Auto! Einziges Manko, es gibt zwei Grundstücke weiter einen Steinbruch ( Baustelle) dort wird bis 7 Uhr abends gearbeitet und man hört den Lärm öfter, besonders wenn die Steine in den LKW fallen. Ansonsten ist es super ruhig. Wir können die Finca und auch die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen, die Anleitung und Hilfe war hilfreich und freundlich!

The house is absolutely incredible, truly stunning in every way: from the furnishings to the spaces, the pool, the kitchen, and the three terraces with sun all day long until sunset, where we enjoyed wonderful aperitifs. The attention to detail is impeccable, and Dagmar and Lena were very kind. At check-in, they even provided us with a delicious homemade cake. The house is fully equipped and it's really hard to find anything missing. The only negative points are the soundproofing of the rooms, which all face the street, and the mattress in the master bedroom, which is a bit small and soft. We expected the town of Felantix to be a little different. It is still not very touristy and very characteristic, with many references to the Arab world in its architecture and also in the population that lives there. Unfortunately services are generally poor, and restaurants are almost non-existent... everything is a bit neglected, with many shops abandoned or closed.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Claudia und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat zudem einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit einer großen, traumhaften Terrasse, Garten und Pool. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. Claudia war eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin und sie war auch sofort erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!
