Holiday rentals with lake access in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Villa Tara är väldig speciell. En mysig villa i ett lantligt område där bergen ramar in villan och där floden Neretva rinner precis nedanför huset. I trädgården finns det flera olika fruktträd, däribland fikon. Där finns också en murad grill där jag grillade den bosniska nationalrätten Kevacic. Mostarområdet stoltserar med medelhavsvärme och i trädgården finns en välskött pool där jag svalkade mig. Det är i Villa Tara, ungefär 8 kilometer utanför hektiska Mostar, jag helt stressade av och bara njöt av den fantastiska vyn. Bageribröd (till extremt låga priser) och mat (också väldigt billigt) köpte jag i butikerna som ligger ungefär 500 meter från villan. När jag kom fick jag också en fin välkomstpresent: ägg från grannens välmående utehöns. Jag kan varmt rekommendera villa Tara. Vill du åka in till Mostar har du antingen egen bil, ringer efter taxi eller tar bussen. Hit kommer jag komma många gånger fler.

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The beautiful house and gorgeous, serene setting made this a place a dream to relax. And Marko’s hospitality and attention to detail really made this a special getaway vacation. The house was spotless, the pool pristine, and the beds and other furniture were comfy. We really hope we can return soon. We highly recommend!

This House is a Gem! Looks even better than on the pictures. It has everything you would need for a perfect holiday + the location is just so peaceful! We stayed 5 nights (2 adults 2 Kids) and we all agreed on it that the stay is superb..Also,.the owners of the house were so nice and friendly. We will come back one day for sure!

perfect get-away tucked in the mountains above Trebinje. for those who really want to rest, read some books and enjoy the unspoilt nature of Bosnia-Hercegovina. the house is about a half hour driving from Trebinje city, so remember tot bring provisions.

Mooi verblijf dichtbij Mostar. Helaas vanwege het weer weinig gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Het tuinhuisje is erg leuk om in de avond te zitten en te barbecueën. Wellicht mogen er wel nieuwe douchekoppen aangeschaft worden, deze spuit alle kanten op

Very polite and nice host. The house was exactly what we were searching for, a place in the nature of Bosnia, with a nice living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and garden. The view onto the lake in the front and the mountains in the back was amazing. The area also was perfect for us to go hiking and biking.

Nice place, close to everything you need

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und lag sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Schritte und man war in der Einkaufsstraße von Tuzla. Amela war immer gut zu erreichen und hat jede Frage beantwortet. Gerne wieder 🙂

The apartment is perfect, it has everything you'll need, even for a long stay. It is located in a calm neighborhood, with lots of good restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacies nearby. It is also very, very easy (and cheap) to get to the city center from there using public transportation. I loved staying there and will definitely reach Nemanja again for my future trips to Sarajevo. Nemanja was a perfect host: proactive, responsive and kind. He even picked me up in the airport when I arrived and arranged a taxi for me when I was leaving (at 4 am). He also showed me nice places to eat in the surroundings. So, if you're looking for a short or long stay in the beautiful & friendly Sarajevo, this apartment is the perfect match!

Stan je lijepo uređen, moderan i veoma čist. Sve je bilo tačno onako kako je opisano, bez ikakvih iznenađenja. Boravak je bio ugodan i bez stresa – toplo preporučujemo.

Gayet temiz ve güzel bir evdi. Ev sahibi de oldukça cana yakındı. Evin bulunduğu muhit Doğu Saraybosna'da ve güzel sakin bir mahallede. Biz memnun kaldık. Bus Station 'dan gelmek için taksi tutmak gerekiyor ya da otobüsle bir noktaya kadar gelip sonra taksiye binmek gerekiyor.

I had a wonderful stay at Amna’s place! The location was perfect, conveniently close to major train stations and entertainment facilities, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Amna was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in the city.

Wonderful lakehouse with a beautiful view. The host Senad was very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this lakehouse if you want to enjoy the beautiful lake in Jajce.
