Holiday rentals with a patio in Farringdon

Faraan was friendly and accommodating. The flat was exactly as advertised, and was very clean. Would stay here again.

The position is perfect, walk to everywhere, quiet apartment and comfy bed. Coming from Aus, it seemed expensive initially, but London just is and the apartment is secure and homely, with full kitchen. I'll definitely stay here next trip!

Really lovely place and so easy to find. Perfectly located with the tube and scenic all around. Anthony was really helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend.

Mark hat eine fantastische Wohnung, die ruhig und sauber ist. Die Wohnung war perfekt für ein langes Wochenende in London! Er war hilfsbereit und hat uns ein nettes Café in der Gegend empfohlen. Auch die U-Bahn Verbindung war super von der Wohnung. Wir werden das nächste Mal wieder bei Mark buchen. Vielen Dank und Grüße aus Augsburg 🔥

The apartment was absolutely spotless and felt brand new—everything was in perfect condition and immaculately clean. It’s also incredibly spacious, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Great mattress! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, public transport, and main attractions close by. Truly a fantastic place to stay! We will be back

Will was so nice and available. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and organised. Will gave us snacks and bottles on the check in, something we didn’t get on other places. The only problem was the area that we didn’t like so mach. Also if you’re planning to stay for then few nights and wash your clothes it will be problematic because there is no washing machine. Other than that everything was wonderful!!!

The flat is in a good location. Walk easily to Old Street Tube, lots of great restaurants and convenience stores. The flat was very clean and a comfortable size for a couple. Ample space for clothing storage. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we appreciated. Easy check in process. Joelle was very responsive and helpful as we had a little trouble figuring out the washer/dryer, contacted her, and she got right back to us. The only negative we had (and it wasn’t a big deal) was not enough towels (no hand towels), just two bath towels. This place met all our expectations and we would definitely stay here in the future!

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Linda’s place was fantastic! The location could not be better! Linda is super sweet and very helpful. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The beds were comfy. It was such a treat to be greeted with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, milk in the fridge etc. I highly recommend Linda’s place!!!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

I stayed here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is so beautifully decorated every corner feels intentional, personal, and full of character — even better than the already beautiful pictures. It somehow always smelled fresh and lovely too. Pretty clear that someone poured love into this space. The neighbourhood is just as special. Peaceful and safe, with charming little parks around every corner and plenty to explore when you feel like wandering. And of course, Izzy & James were super kind and helpful all throughout. They made the whole stay feel easy and warm, kinda like visiting the home of friends who really know how to host. 10/10. Truly unforgettable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The flat was well situated for access to all types of public transportation. It was well appointed and in a safe neighborhood. Perfect for an enjoyable trip to London! The high point though is the host - Fiona. Fiona is an excellent communicator, concerned with your comfort as a concierge would be. She inquired about our food preferences and allergies, then stocked the kitchen with our preferences, so we didn’t have to take time to grocery shop!! Thank you again Fiona for making our experience phenomenal!!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

When we were there, it was hot, so the doors opening up to allow fresh air in was great! The unit was very clean and it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Just what we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I don't hesitate at all to recommend this flat.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

Laura and Ralph's flat is lovely and one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in (we travel a fair amount). They have thought of everything to make guests comfortable-the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. A nice touch was the bottle of wine, milk, coffee, juice, bread and jam left for us to get us started after a very long flight from the US. We are not typical tourists-we lived in London for 10 years and came to see our daughters who live nearby and other family and friends. It was incredibly convenient to get around by bus and tube and always nice to come home after a busy day out in London! And I discovered a fab view of The Shard at night from the balcony!

Wonderful location! Very walkable, great pubs and restaurants nearby and far from the tourist insanity of downtown. Apartment is clean, great to have two bathrooms. Very sparsely furnished - not cozy! - and it's the basement from the street so dark and a little claustrophobic in the daytime - not a great place to hang out, but perfect to crash in after a long day of exploring London. Very challenging steps down to the apartment, not for the disabled or elderly. Patio space in the back is untended and not a place you want to hang out in (although a fox looked in the door!). Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the bottle of wine and snack cakes! Highly recommend for a short stay in London.

I stayed in Ari's apartment for five nights in December, and I would love to come back. The apartment is spacious with a good view, but still quiet and peaceful. The living room is very comfortable for resting and relaxing, and the balcony felt like a fabulous extra room. The heating and air conditioning was very responsive, and I was comfortable throughout my trip, which included a few very cold days. Ari is a fantastic host who worked with my schedule -- even with a few last minute changes on my end. This is a great place to stay if you're planning to work in or walk around Shoreditch or City of London, or need to be near Liverpool Street Station or the Northern Line.
