The apartment is in a great location with incredible views to wake up to. Good size and layout. The pool and gym on the top floor were perfect. We were unfortunately ill during our stay and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating to assist us in whatever we needed. Foot in the sand and carnival cabin

Luiz is very professional and showed flexibility when I needed something. the apartment itself has everything you need and has a wonderful view. it's modern and has an equipped kitchen and a smart tv (that I didn't even turn on). it was spotless clean when I arrived and is in a neighborhood where you'll find everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets and obviously the beach which is literally down the building. The only thing that could bother some people is that it's right on Barra's beach, which is usually busy so it wont be quiet, especially on weekends. If you are like me and enjoy sleeping in a dark room, there is a black out curtain but unfortunately in the angles theoght can sneak in so there will be some light in the room every morning. I'm mentioning this out of transparency but Luiz is an outstanding host. he has other properties that can also be suitable depending on your preferences.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The same was as shown in the photos and even wider. Comfy beds, functional kitchen, a large TV, and conditioned Aires worked excellently. As a point to improve, we suggest that the apartment has toilet paper replacement and that there is soap and shampoo.
