Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Farmer's Hill

My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ingrid’s beautiful Airbnb in Georgetown, Exuma over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we had chosen the perfect place. Ingrid’s home was not only spotlessly clean, but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it honestly felt like a home away from home and so peaceful. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location could not have been more perfect. We were just minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient, and we were right near the Regatta site, which was a huge plus since we spent a lot of time there enjoying the festivities. Being so close to everything made our weekend stress-free and allowed us to make the most out of every moment.

Beautiful piece of paradise! The house has all the seating arrangements you could ever ask for- fire pit, lounge chairs, by the water, shaded, outdoor dining, indoor dining, etc. The house was perfect for our big family of 3 couples and 6 kids, and the kids loved their upstairs nook. The house was spotless, and our host was super helpful and kind. We even had fresh fish delivered! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place! Travis thought of everything!! Everything you would need he has provided for you to use. Very quiet and peaceful place!! Resa who takes care of the house is wonderful!!! We look forward to returning one day!!

Our first trip to Exuma could not have been more perfect! Villa Seabreeze was exactly as pictured and delivered such an exceptional experience on multiple levels! We were greeted by sea turtles and nurse sharks our very first evening and continued to be visited by the sea life every day of our stay . . . definitely a highlight. Having a private sandy beach made snorkeling in the "backyard" super convenient and the additional sundeck and outdoor shower allowed us to escape the sand while still soaking up the rays. This home is definitely off the beaten path but so, so worth being able to "get away" from the crowds of the resorts that are "closer in." And there was something very special about being able to look across the water and see only land and sea. We will be sharing Villa Seabreeze with all our family and friends in the hopes that they, too, can experience such an incredible little slice of heaven should they find themselves in Exuma! We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The views were absolutely impeccable and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Dave was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again!

Très belle maison, bien située. Vue incroyable. Isolée, une voiture est nécessaire. Une maison à proximité avec des voisins très discrets. Quartier calme. Nouvelle route d’accès 100 m après le restaurant Big Noch’s, prendre à gauche si on va vers le sud est. Route en terre mais praticable avec une voiture de tourisme. Tournez à gauche dans la descente. En meilleur état que la première route en arrivant à Rolletown.

Le logement est atypique et offre de grands espaces. Il est idéalement situé en plein milieu d'Exuma. Parfaitement équipé, il nous a beaucoup plu. Patrieka a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous tenons encore a la remercier pour sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons ce logement.

the place is more beautiful than the photos so private so peaceful absolutely enjoyed my time there I can't recommend it enough the place is so clean and the views are amazing lots of space beautiful wrap around deck I will definitely go back

Ronald e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi sin dal nostro arrivo a Exuma. Ci hanno fornito in tempi velocissimi le informazioni sull’alloggio che ci hanno chiesto alla dogana e ci sono venuti incontro in auto per permetterci di trovare subito l’auto. Ci hanno offerto dei drink in seguito a un piccolo problema con una tubatura della stanza risolto in qualche ora, abbiamo apprezzato molto questa gentilezza! La stanza era perfetta, curata nei minimi dettagli e fornita di tutto il necessario per lavarsi e cucinare, c’è anche una borsa mare con le maschere e una borsa frigo. Tutto pulitissimo. Zona tranquillissima. Relax totale e vista tramonto dalla veranda.

Fina's home is clean and welcoming with lots of extra amenities! The top floor offers scenic tranquility with views of the beautiful bonefish flats and sandbars, perfect for kayakers and anglers. Clear instructions on where to go and what to do was very helpful. A must experience for those looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Loved the little beach across from Airbnb and nearby restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying here, but bring extra towels. Lol The ocean is right there and waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and looking out at the pristine water was like a dream. The island is a welcoming, beautiful place with amazing local foods and gorgeous outlooks. The local people are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly go back again.

Great location and it was really nice to be able to use the Hideaway’s amenities. The Airbnb was equipped with everything you need, but I will admit the bed was a little hard and not super comfortable, but not too bad. The couch is also not the best… so it’s not great to have a group hang in the living room as options to sit are limited. But it was perfect for what I needed! Didn’t want to leave!

Had an awesome time. It was a home away from home. Check in was slow and the place is easy to find. This was our 2-3 time staying in Shenifer&Shorn units . Always responding to questions when asked. Will most likely book again

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Meredith was great! She was in communication and easy to get ahold of if needed. The place was PERFECT! Looked exactly like the photos. Location was also perfect with a few restaurants and beaches within walking distance but also a short 5 min drive to Georgetown. When we come back I hope to be able to book with Meredith again.

Si trova a Little Exuma in zona dove non c'è quasi nulla. Casa nellla tranquillità di Barraterre bellissima e appena ristrutturata tutto nuovo . Attrezzata di tutto quello che serve Si sviluppa su due piani co 2 camere(una matrimoniale e una con 2 Letti singoli)ciascuna con bagno Un bagnetto anche in comune Cucina piccola ma attrezzata di tutto x 4 Ci ha fornito anche boccioni di acqua e bibite in frigorifero. Piano terra speculare . Alnnesso un locale con lavatrice asciugatrice e tutti i detersivi All'esterno 4 lettini da sole per relax. Molto vento la sera ma non so se è il periodo Jenny(la moglie)è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa(ci ha aiutati anche con le escursioni)e una mattina ci ha cucinato la colazione tipica bahamense. Ci ritornerei di corsa! Terrazza con vista sulll'acqua

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

This place was a dream! Lidia and Eric were wonderful hosts and very helpful! They were always available for us and provided a ride to the airport for us. Driftwood was the most beautiful place, not to mention my two young children LOVED it!! Hope to visit again soon!
