Centrally located stone house in a small square in Quillan with free public parking outside the property. Comprising a ground floor kitchen, living area, utility room, and 2 ensuite, large double bedrooms with views over the square and the Château. Free Wifi. A characterful home with exposed wall built from stones of the River Aude. Two minutes walk to a host of local shops/bars/restaurants and twice weekly market. Night market in summer. Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Chalet indépendant, climatisé, situé à l'orée du village Festes et St André à 1/4 h de tous commerces (Limoux). Terrain clôturé. Animaux acceptés (2 au maximum) Réservation acceptée uniquement sur présentation du permis de détention pour les chiens de catégorie 1 & 2. Accès 4G, wifi. Détente dans un cadre de verdure. Lieu de randonnées de moyenne montagne. Excursions possibles à la journée: châteaux cathares, cité de Carcassonne, Pays d'Andorre, plages méditerranéennes. Lac de Montbel à 20mn.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de wintermaanden is er een houtkachel. Het stookhout is niet inbegrepen bij de huur.

"Le Refuge", vaste et beau studio classé 3 étoiles au calme en centre ville de Quillan, refait à neuf, avec lit confortable 160x200, cuisine équipée, coin salon. Salle d'eau et WC. Tout est accessible à pied : à moins de 100m, cinéma, parkings, pharmacie, restaurants, marché… et à 5 minutes de marche piscine, gare… Vous aurez également accès gratuitement à un salon d'été, une buanderie et une cour intérieure (partagés). Autour : châteaux, thermes, station de montagne, musée des dinosaures…

We are just 40 minutes drive from the airport at Carcassonne and its medieval town and 20 from the carnival town of Limoux. Afin de profiter au mieux de votre séjour voici une liste des lieux immanquables a visiter a proximité du gîte : Rennes le château, Rennes les Bains, Pic de Bugarach, observatoire vautours, gorges de Galamus, la cité médiévale de Carcassonne. A 1h30 des plages et a 3/4h des pistes de ski dans les Pyrénées. Lacs et baignade aux villages de Puivert et Quillan. Amateur de rando et vélo beaucoup de circuits balises.

Enjoy a taste of the exotic at this newly renovated, pretty pavilion tucked away in the heart of the Aude valley. Relax in the privacy of your very own riverside garden! Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.
