Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Το Sunset by the sea είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Κορίνθου το οποίο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για μια άνετη φιλοξενία. Στα 20 μέτρα από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται η παραλία της Ιερατικής όπου μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να απολαύσει το μπάνιο και τον καφέ του. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται ο κεντρικός πεζόδρομος της πόλης (100 μέτρα) όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει όλα τα μαγαζιά για ποτό, φαγητό και ψώνια. Επίσης μπορεί κανείς να περπατήσει νια να βρεθεί στην Παραλία Καλάμια.
