Beachfront holiday rentals in Evros

Wonderful house for families, we enjoyed the garden and all the facilities for children. The only downside I can mention are the humidity that affected the bathroom and the beach in the immediate vicinity where we found echinus and it is not clear because of the reddish rock on which the house stands. The location is wonderful and the nearby beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

Katerina’s place is a small apartment conveniently located walking distance from Nea Chili’s agora and the beach and just a few mins by car outside of Alexandroupoli. Perfect for a few nights stay if you want to avoid staying inside the busy Alexandroupoli but still want to be close.

Dimitris was a great host for us. We were two families accomodated in his house and had wonderful time there. House is very well equipped with everything that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a rocks wild beach few minutes walk from the house trough beatuful yard with different types of trees and few others not crowded beaches nearby (5 min. by car). House has a wondenfull see view terace that makes your stay unforgetable. Dimitris was so kind and generous to us. He was available all the time and even brings us products from his family garden and presents for departure - something that we experienced first time in our decade long vacation in Greece. I highly recomend his house for everyone who want quiet vacation in enjoyble and comfortable surrounding.

The house is as shown in the pictures, very beautiful and peaceful. You can swim in the sea from the garden. There are many possibilities nearby and also in the garden. It is very enjoyable to spend time in the garden. It is a very beautiful house for those looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. There are many taverns nearby and you can taste delicious food. The home owner is also very attentive, thank her very much.

A very nice house right in front of the beach. Beautiful surroundings and yard. As long as the two bedrooms are enough, this is a perfect place for a sea vacation.

Biz yaz öncesi mayıs ayında geldik ve çok memnun kaldık. Çocuğumuz bahçede çok keyifliydi, sahil yakın. Veranda da TV keyfi de cezbediyor. Ev sahibi, sanki çok eski bir dost gibiydi. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Christoforos'un evi çok güzeldi hatta tanıtımda yer alan fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. İki çocuklu bir aile olarak konaklamayı tamamladık. mutfak malzemeleri evinizde hisssetmeniz için yeterliydi. Bahçede kedi ve köpek çocukların arkadaşlarını aratmadılar :) Denize açılan kilitli kapı sayesinde sanki deniz bize aitmiş hissi verdi. Gayet sessiz, sakin huzurlu ve mahrem müstakil bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz 13 gece konakladık. Hiç sıkılmadık. Deniz evin hemen yanında bulunmaktadır. Deniz sonrası dışarda duş alabileceğiniz ekipman mevcuttur. Bahçede barbekü yapabilirsiniz. Her şey çok güzel düşünülmüştü. Dolunay günlerine denk gelip muazzam manzaralara şahit olduk. Yatak odanızın camından ayın yakamozlarını izleyebilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkürler.

The house was even bigger than it looked in the photos, very clean and with a beautiful garden in which you can have a barbecue. The property is very private and there is a secluded beach in 2 minutes walking distance. The host was very friendly and responded to all of our questions very quickly. Great experience, highly recommend! :)

We had a very good stay. It was more than enough for 5 people. We didn't swim there, but there were places to swim within walking distance. The beaches and restaurants were very close. The sunset from the house was very beautiful. The hosts were very helpful in every sense.

Christos is a wonderful host. He responded to my questions very quickly. The check-in was smooth (keys were in a box at the front door). The house is very close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. There is a lovely beach bar with sun loungers and plenty of space if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet. The terrace is beautiful - so many flowers and colors. The kitchen is very well equipped - stove, dishwasher, kettle and two different coffee machines (filter coffee and with capsules), dishes of all kinds are available. It was clean and very comfortably furnished. In the backyard there is a wooden house with stairs, which can be interesting for children. There is a tavern nearby if you want to go out in the evening. Alexandroupoli is 30 minutes away and is a good place for visiting. We would love to come back!

Ana-Maria is a super generous and hospitable host. She was incredibly communicative and available. The house was a pleasure to land in. Very homey and relaxing. Super amazing place to explore Samothrace from. Highly recommended.

Muhteşem bir ev sahibi, muhteşem bir ev. Vaadedilenlerden fazlası vardı. Beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde bir konfor sundular. Çocuklarımızla çok güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Bazen internet kalitesinin düşmesi dışında söyleyecek bir tek kusur yok. Sevgili ev sahiplerimiz tekrar tekrar çok çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ev sahibimiz Thodor bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Pazar günü giriş yapmamız gerekirken cumartesi gece saat 01:00 e kadar bizi bekledi ve erken giriş yapmamızı sağladı.Otoparklı ve çok merkezi bir yerde ev. Evden çok memnun kaldık, sadece çamaşır makinası olmasını çok isterdim. Thodor bey bütün sorularımıza cevap verdi Tekrar gidersem yine bu evde kalırım Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.

Ev, fotoğraflarda gözükenin aynısı, Son derece sakin bir plaj hemen yakınınınızda. Aracımızı bahçe içerisinde bulunan alana park edebildik. Araç ile 2-3 dk mesafelerde market, fırın vs bolca var. Dedeağaç merkez 15 dk uzaklıkta. Çocuklu bir aile olarak gayet keyifli, rahat, sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Kontak kişimiz olan Petros çok dost canlısı ve her konuda yardımcı. Tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünürüz.

Our stay at Villa Umami was great. The house has a great location, very short walk to the best beach spot. We had everything in the house, perfect kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms, very comfortable outside seating areas, very large living room etc. George was very helpful for all our questions, he gave very good suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, even he was very kind to make us a reservation to a very popular reataurant. It was our one of the best airbnb experiences.
