Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Evosmos

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Όλα πεντακάθαρα! Σε πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

" The apartment was very clean and everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. Communication with the host was excellen, very understanding and helpful. We felt really comfortable during our stay.

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

Ήταν ένας πεντακάθαρος χώρος, εύκολα προσβάσιμος και κοντά στο κέντρο ακόμη και με τα πόδια!

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Super Unterkunft und toller Gastgeber. Mit Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft einfach nur perfekt. Ohne ist es etwas schwer Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Φιλόξενοι, φιλότιμοι και ευγενικοί. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εξίσου άψογο το σπίτι !!

Am fost un grup de 8 prieteni și am stat o săptămână. Totul a fost impecabil, gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și chiar ne-a oferit localuri cu mâncare foarte bună și plaje foarte frumoase la care să mergem. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni cu cel mai mare drag. Recomandăm 100%

Lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony! Location is not to far away from sentrum and the water. Very nice host!

Ioannis and Kiki's place is ideally located on a back street just a few minutes' walk in one direction from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (Aristotelous Sq) and from the historic quarters of the Upper Town. Everything was as described and the hosts are very quickly responsive. They were even kind enough to replace the toaster after we informed them that the existing one must've been taken by a previous guest despite us telling them not to bother. Highly recommend.

This place was great. It’s one of the best spots in town I think. After being in Greece several weeks i have to say I appreciate air conditioning that worked well. The decks were really nice for people watching. The kitchen was well enough equipped. Some of the more comfortable beds we have had in Greece (though all beds are hard in this country).

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

Un apartament-studio foarte modern, cu toate dotarile necesare. Artemis, o gazda excelenta si foarte receptiva la intrebarile noastre. Locuinta este situata pe cel mai mare bulevard din Salonic, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de faleza. In imprejurimi gasesti magazine cu de toate, iar langa bloc e o patiserie unde am mancat bougatsa cu vanilie excelenta. Cu siguranta, vom reveni in Salonic !

Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετική , βρίσκεις τα πάντα σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια . Παρόλο που είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης είναι πολύ ήσυχα . Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο , πολύ άνετο και χαλαρωτικό. Η ανταπόκριση στα μηνύματα ήταν άμεση . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην πόλη !

beautiful apartment, nice interior, kitchen and bathroom equipped with things like shampoo, pepper, salt, coffee etc. nice balcony overviewing a beautiful place with a church, nice sunset, reastaurant on the street. it was a little bit tricky to enter the parking garage (car should not be to big) and dont go to the real adress by car before, it's difficult to turn. but the host helped me a lot. thank you for the nice stay, we would defnitly come back :)
