Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in EUR, Rome

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

С большим балконом, В духе Италии, мы насладились пребыванием, и почувствовали атмосферу Рима. До достопримечательностей 20-30 минут на такси, что было удобно. Супермаркет и Кафе в пешей доступности. Прямо в доме есть кофейня и пицца на вынос. Vivian, быстро отвечала на все наши вопросы. Нас любезно встретили, и помогли с чемоданами и заселением, что было очень приятно. Рекомендуем объект, с радостью остановимся еще раз.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Grazie mille!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

I cannot recommend Nino's property enough! The location is amazing, and the private entrance made for a feeling of security. There are several great restaurants right outside that ended up being some of our favorites that we visited in all of Rome. The unit has everything you need and them some- the beds are comfortable, and the separate rooms are private and quiet for couples travelling together. This property is absolutely beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. As for the host, Nino is the best I've encountered on Airbnb to date. He was responsive and proactive, and provided a long list of recommendations of places to check out in the area, all of which were incredible! He allowed us to drop our luggage off early, which helped us spend even more time out enjoying the sites. He genuinely cared about our experience and checked in periodically, which made us feel even more at home. We cannot thank you enough for the incredible accommodations, Nino!

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at Armanda’s place in Trastevere! From the very beginning, Armanda was a fantastic and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. She was kind, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. The apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere—one of the most charming and vibrant neighborhoods in Rome. The area felt very safe, and we loved being able to walk to so many beautiful sites, including Piazza Santa Maria, the Tiber River, and even the Vatican. There are countless delicious restaurants, gelato shops, and cafés just steps away, not to mention convenient access to public transportation. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Armanda’s place to anyone looking for an authentic Roman stay in one of the city’s most lively and picturesque neighborhoods!

Quel formidable accueil ! Nous étions pourtant en retard, arrivés à + de 22h , et Catharine a quand même pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous faire visiter l’appartement, nous guider pour notre séjour, nous donner une grande quantité d’informations pour nos déplacements . Livia’s place is the ideal spot when you want a beautiful apartment that’s not smack in the middle of the super busy / touristy areas. The apartment had everything we needed and everything looks so beautiful. We were an easy bus/metro/tram ride away from every place we wanted to visit. The area is perfect for cafes, restaurants etc. Would definitely book again, highly recommended :)
