Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to help us find things to do before we arrived. Even helped arrange transport to the room. Highly recommend. There is a park behind the room where you can walk to historical sites and see the Acropolis with beautiful views.

Villa in Nerotrivia

Live a fairy tale while resting your body and soul

ElaineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

Aspra Chomata Villas

EvgeniosRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very nice stay in a beautifully landscaped two-room room decorated in island style with the dominant element the famous Karystos stone. Very good communication with Vangelis. Absolutely quiet in a beautiful landscaped garden with olive trees and a variety of cacti just 3 minutes drive from the town of Karystos. Breathtaking views of Karystos bay. In the morning we were woken up by the scribbles living free in the area! Many choices of beautiful beaches either free or organized within 10-15 minutes drive.

Pavilion beach front

LukeRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Andros was our second stop on our honeymoon and it was perfect to just be able to relax, sleep to the sound of the waves, go kayaking & swim in open water on the semi- private beach. You definitely needed a car as the home was remote so we hired a car for the 4 days we stayed which meant we could drive into the main town and explore - the car battery did die after being given a bit of a dodgy car rental but costas and his staff were super helpful and helped us get going straight away. They went above and beyond for us and were brilliant. Couldn’t fault our stay.
