Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Etterbeek

Definitivamente la ubicación fue perfecta para los días que estuvimos. Teníamos todo bastante cerca caminando lo que nos hizo ganar tiempo para aprovechar mejor nuestra estadía. Las vistas hacia las calles es algo que nos encantó y lo fácil que era poder acceder. Lo único que ñ creo que se podría mejorar es el tema de la ventilación del baño que faltaba un extractor para que después de bañarse el vapor se fuese más rápido, ya que éramos 4 personas y quedaba el ambiente un poco caliente. Lo recomendamos 100%!

Buen alojamiento, amplio y muy cómodo. Armarios más que suficientes. Algún servicio no era como esperaba: no hay ni lavadora ni secadora en el apartamento: hay una lavadora y una secadora comunales y están en el sótano del edificio. El gimnasio es muy básico, está en otro edificio cercano a mi apartamento y me costó encontrarlo porque no está indicada su ubicación en la información que me dieron. La limpieza y el cambio de sábanas y toallas es una vez a la semana. En mi apartamento había una sola toalla grande y otra pequeña. La cocina está bien equipada pero no había ningún producto de ningún tipo salvo jabón líquido, una bayeta, un estropajo y un solo paño de cocina. Tampoco papel de cocina. Pequeños inconvenientes, fáciles de subsanar y que no impiden que piense en volver al mismo apartamento en el futuro cuando vaya a Zaventem.

Excellent séjour chez Estelle et Christophe. La maison est pleine de charme et le jardin très agréable. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour. L’appartement est en sous-sol (précisé dans l’annonce) donc pas de surprise. Pas trop grave quand mon objectif était surtout de visiter la ville et voir les amis. Pascal est au top, sympathique et très arrangeant. L’appartement était propre et conforme à l’annonce. Très bien. Je recommande fortement !

I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

Perfect location! Han's place was just as described within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Brussels. Communication was superb, checkin easy, kitchen had all the essentials and it was clean. Perfect place for the perfect stay in Brussels!

We really enjoyed our stay in Leticia's cozy apartment. She gave us a warm welcome during our check in and we felt right at home. The apartment is in walking distance to the city center and right next to a metro station, which was very convenient!

Séjour formidable chez Julien ☀️ De la communication à l’arrivée tout était parfaitement fluide. L’appartement est idéalement situé et très bien agencé, vraiment chaleureux et fourni avec soin, on se sent immédiatement comme à la maison et c’est un vrai plaisir. Nous avons passé un super week-end. Merci beaucoup Julien pour ton accueil 🙏 Ps : le futon est super confortable, on a dormi comme des loutres 🦦

De locatie is erg fijn, midden in Zuid en dichtbij horeca en ov. De ruimte zelf is prima, alle basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig (hoewel iets meer glaswerk fijn was geweest). Let op dat de trap erg steil is met smalle treden, dus wellicht lastig toegankelijk voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung von Sebastien gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und wir haben sehr gut in dem bequemen Bett geschlafen. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden. Dass es einen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähr gibt, ist auch sehr praktisch.

I spent three lovely days at Jordi's place. Jorid and Jeroen are lovely and kind persons: they let me to feel very comfortable and welcomed. The room is exactly as described in the pics, it is clean and cozy: same for the bathroom and the whole of their house. They made room in the fridge and in a kitchen for my food and I had the possibility to prepare some easy meal and breakfasts too. The apartment is clean and comfortable and surrounded by a beautiful silence. Easy to reach:the bus stops are very close the apartment and you can easily reach the town center and the main train station too. If you have time you can also walk till the very town center. Nearby there are supermarket and restaurants.

The communication with Amin was efficient and quick, being attentive to us, which we appreciated because when you travel it is always a positive adventure, as he gave us the flexibility to leave our backpacks a little earlier, which is a great help. We recommend him 100% and thank you very much for everything!

Ein echtes Airbnb und keine Ferienwohnung! Man bewohnt das ganze Dachgeschoss in Michels Haus. Schön, dass es das trotz der starken Kommerzialisierung von Airbnb noch gibt! Zentral gelegen, sodass die Innenstadt, sowie Bus und Metro fussläufig gut erreichbar sind. Das Haus liegt nicht an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Rundherum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel zu kaufen oder einzukehren. Es gibt nix zu meckern 😊

Le logement proposé est assez grand. La maison est nickel. Sonia est très prévenante et m'a mis à mon aise des mon arrivée. Elle m'a trouvé des solutions. Je recommande.

Het was een prachtig pand, welke van alle gemakken was voorzien. Alles was schoon, wat voor ons het meest belangrijke was. Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

Excellent accueil dans ce logement bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour prendre les transports en communs. De plus, il est très agréable avec beaucoup de goût. Monica l'hôte, très sympathique et souriante est aux petits soins, soucieuse de mon bien être entant que client, n'hésitant pas à conseiller...en tout cas un accueil parfait! La chambre est très agréable avec une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable. Une cuisine bien équipée et bien propre , du café gratuit et a volonté . This is a hidden gem, we were staying here on a work trip for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were all surprised at how much better the place was than the photos and description showed. We had a lovely Comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It was close enough to work, shops and other places we wanted to go to. The area was very quiet and felt extremely safe. Lesley was a great host with plenty of information about the house right from booking through till check in and check out, we didn’t have a need to contact Lesley during our stay but she was very responsive when we did talk even making sure that everything was okay after we had checked in to make sure we were happy and to reiterate that if there were any issues we could reach out whenever.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans le logement de Kasia. Nous étions 11 personnes dont 7 adultes. Le nombre de chambres et de salles d'eau est idéal pour une grande famille ! par ailleurs, la pièce à vivre est très spacieuse et lumineuse. La maison est idéalement placée, avec des magasins de proximité (supérette ,boulangerie, boucherie),et vous pouvez facilement vous garer si vous venez en voiture. Et pour partir à la découverte de Bruxelles, rien de plus simple : il y a une station de métro à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette maison, si vous voyagez en famille ou entre amis et êtes à la recherche d'un hébergement au "calme".
