Het Appartement is ruim en prachtig ingericht! Het lag op een rustige plek ongeveer 1 min lopen van het. Centrum en het strand. De parkeerplaats onder het gebouw was erg fijn! Het appartement is echt aan te bevelen!

We and our 8-month old had a great stay! The promanade was right out of the front door with plenty of things to do around. The flat itself was bigger than we originally thought and it seemed like it went through renovation pretty recently which made us feel like at home. It is situated in a calm neighborhood and we never had trouble sleeping. If we're ever in Estepona again, this would be the first place for us to stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Urbanización verfügt über mehrere Pools, die ideal zum Entspannen sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Terrassen mit 360-Grad-Blick und Grillmöglichkeit – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Eine ideale Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt, um Andalusien zu erkunden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great place to stay, close to Estepona old town , walkable in less than 10 Minutes. Safe and secure apartment and was exactly as described. Easy checki in and communication was prompt throughout. Apartment was clean and has a great rooftop terrace which has the sun all day!

Had a great stay here . Perfect location and good amenities. Only thing was the address that was on air BnB was not correct and there was confusion on which address was the correct one as it had different ones from the one on Apple Maps and the one provided . Aside from that everything else was great!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. Appartement propre, spacieux avec une grande terrasse qui permet de profiter d’une belle vue. Place de stationnement dans un parking privé couvert. Hôte réactif, disponible, accueillant et parlant français. Piscine partagée agréable. Dommage pour le jacuzzi extérieur qui n’était pas fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.

My partner and I stayed in the apartment for nearly 2 months. We had an absolute fantastic time. José was lovely and we had a really smooth check in and check out. The apartment was spotless and it was in a great location to the marina, beach and old town all within walking distance. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen to use and washing machine. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great with no faults. The pool was open to use when we were there and it was always nice and quiet and spotless. There was also a bakery/corner shop right at the apartment that sold all your basics that you would need. There were a couple of restaurants and bars across from the apartment with great tapas. Overall we had a really positive and enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back.

We were met by Nicolas at the entrance and he spent time in reviewing the apartment and connecting the Wifi.He was very friendly and helpful with getting repairs of a couple of small apartment issues. He responded quickly to any of our needs. The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony for most of the day.The only issue that we had was with the garbage collection that occurred 2-3x through the night but rectified by using another bedroom. We had a wonderful time at the apartment in this beautiful quaint town. We would love to come back again.

Gorgeous apartment that was well laid out and spacious for 5 of us. Beach was quiet and nice but the nudists did dominate The pool was lovely and family friendly with plenty of space Check in was easy and they were so accommodating after we got lost. Sea views are amazing

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

We had a great stay in Oana’s , the apartment is a lot bigger than in the photos. Great location overlooking a beautiful plaza/street. Also very helpful to our needs and with a friendly nature , thanks

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht! Jens ist ein freundlicher, guter Gastgeber und hat immer umgehend kommuniziert. Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen!

Après avoir été très satisfait de l'appartement 432, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement 505 de Carmen et Fernando. Tout s'y est très très bien passé. Rien à redire. La résidence est également très bien entretenue. Il y a de belles grandes piscines avec possibilité de louer des transats. Les belles plages et le paseo maritimo avec tous les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Un arrêt de bus se situe juste au bas de la résidence BenalBeach. Bonne continuation à Carmen et Fernando, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Am fost foarte incantata de apartamentul lui Mima, locatie superba, foarte bine situat, aproape de centru si cu o multime de restaurante langa. Locatie decorata cu mult gust, curata, iar Mima este gazda ideala, mereu la dispoziția noastra cu sfaturi si atenta ca sejurul nostru in Malaga sa fie perfect. Multumim mult, o sa revenim cu drag la tine, Mima!

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، الغرفة مطلة على البحر مباشرة والمنظر كان رائع. المضيف كان متعاون جداً، رتب لي المواصلات من وإلى المطار وكان سريع الاستجابة لأي استفسار. أنصح بالإقامة هنا وبشدة.

Greg war sehr nett und hat alle Anweisungen verständlich geschrieben. Parken in der Tiefgarage und ein Aufzug in den 1. Stock haben uns die ersten Tage erleichtert. Grundausstattung zum kochen war vorhanden. Können die Unterkunft empfehlen!
