We like to stay active. Having many amazing restaurants in a 500 meter radius is perfect. This is a super friendly neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and nearby, but never invasive. We are impressed with the hosts Uriel and Ivanova. Both of them speak English very well. Even had a chance to meet their kids. If you stay here, we highly recommend venturing another 600 meters up the road on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the friendly community that gathers around the pool decks at La Ensenada. You want to talk about your hidden gems?You instantly feel like part of the community. Entry is 100 Cords well spent. And the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We did not find a bad place to eat in Esteli. And we tested all price ranges. Many amazing places are hidden. You might need to do some walking to spot them, however you can always ask Ivanova for some recommendations.

it was a brand new apartment, beautiful decor. I would definitely live there, far from the center of town, but it's definitely walkable.

Todo estuvo perfecto: limpieza, comunicación con la anfitriona, ubicación del lugar, los utensilios de cocina, baño y cuarto estuvieron geniales.

The apartment is big, beautiful spaces, very clean, and equipped with more than we need . we usually sleep in places who only has air conditioning, however we didint feel any probloem here, if you open the windows, its ok. nice wind coming in however , there is noise from the road early in the morning

L’appartement était très propre, il était fidèle aux photos ! Et il y a également un garage fermé, cela nous a bien rendu service car nous avions une voiture de location !

Centrally located, most attractions within walking distance. It is a new building under construction but had no effect on our stay whatsoever. The two full glass walls surrounding the bed made the city views with the mountains in the background spectacular. Our host was very accommodating and even had a couple cold beer in the fridge upon our arrival. Todo bien!

Really nice apartment in a central location. Many delicious restaurants around. Really close to the main bus station from Managua etc. Was a bit dirty in some small areas but overall very clean. Air conditioning is awesome, and the washer/dryer, the fridge/freezer really helpful. There is a nice cat that hangs out around the area so if you like cats it’s a perfect spot for you. I really enjoyed my stay. Eva who greets and responds for the property is very kind and easy to talk to. She made me feel very welcome.

La infraestructura de este apartamento es nueva y moderna. Las fotos que pueden apreciarse en airbnb son exactas a lo que encontrarás en el lugar. Cuenta con una excelente ubicación en la ciudad. El lugar es seguro, limpio y ordenada. La anfitriona es muy amable y su tiempo de respuesta es rápido. Definitivamente volvería a reservar esta apartamento.

This property is absolutely beautiful and modern, located in a stunning area of Matagalpa. I felt completely safe during my stay, and everything I needed was conveniently nearby. The space was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities that made it feel just like home. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely return.
