Tothom la coneix com a “Can 18”. La casa fou reformada completament el 2015, i els seus 3 apartaments entre el 2017 i 2018. Acollidors, equipats i comfortables. Es disposa de l'opció de guardar bicicletes en el mateix edifici, o de llogar-ne, d’adults, infantils i cadiretes per infants.
