it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Excellent communication and hospitality from Gaelle. Her spacious and very functional house is even more beautiful than in the photos. We particularly appreciated that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Perfect stay!

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Apartment on the ground floor of a chalet inhabited by the owners. Very well appointed, pretty and convenient. The environment is very quiet, in a cul-de-sac, with a magnificent view of the mountains and the meadow right in front with the horses. Ideal for couple with a child. Hiking trails right next door. And also nice little touches from the owners. We had a lovely stay at this place!

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. I look forward to seeing them again if the opportunity arises.

This year we were dreaming of a Christmas in the snow and our wish was granted beyond our expectations! Thanks to Laure for putting her chalet at our disposal, warm and family, it met our expectations perfectly. Well located, it allowed us to take walks in beautiful sites nearby by car and skiing for our big kids. Laure was not present for our arrival, but had everything prepared (wood for the fire, small chocolates, snowshoes...) and she remained reachable at all times and very available. A special thought for her neighbor Hélène who welcomed us with exceptional kindness and advised us on the sites to visit. Small downside to the water heater that had a few wipes and the electric heater that can be adjusted in each room. We only used the wood burning stove, very efficient, but you have to be there to reload it. Apart from that, a dream vacation in an authentic cottage.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! The host is kind, responsive, and extraordinary helpful. We felt welcomed and right at home. You sleep right beside the stars and wake up to the sun on lake Geneva. Perfection. Plus, all of the extra recommendations and transportation passes are such a bonus!

Great stay in Morzine, very close to the super Morzine lift & all restaurants and ski rental!

We enjoyed Arnaud's beautiful, comfortable apartment with great views of the mountains and equipped with all comforts. Arnaud and Corine were very friendly, proactive hosts who gave us good tips to explore the area. We recommend discovering this beautiful area!

Simon and Nicola as well as their concierge Demi are very good hosts - friendly and helpful. They even got a tea pot for us when we mentioned that we are tea drinkers. The flat is cozy, and benefits from two bathrooms. There are also two wardrobes and enough hangers to hang clothes which we appreciated as we stayed for a month in the flat. We enjoyed staying in Simon and Nicola's flat and can recommend it for all nature and ski lovers.

The location of the apartment is wonderful - it is quiet and the nature is beautiful. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the surrounding cities (e.g. Morzine, Les Gets) by car. The apartment itself was super clean and lovingly furnished. It was and is equipped with everything you need. The beautiful terrace was perfect for a cozy breakfast or for sunbathing in the afternoon. Communication with Ingrid was very friendly and we got all the information we needed for a smooth stay.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Super nice host, a very nice phone call to explain everything to us before our arrival, always responsive. The accommodation is frankly perfect for 2, refurbished, very small but super functional with everything you need. We will come back with great pleasure, the landscapes are breathtaking, lots of hikes, activities and restaurants nearby. Thank you very much Mathieu.

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it a lot. The street is very busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

Very well located apartment, simple and efficient communication. If we ever return to Samoens - it would be a pleasure to go back :)
