Lovely place! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it’s in a greet location, right beside the subway and with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Check-in was easy and Angel gave us really good restaurant recommendations and were helpful with everything we needed.

A safe, clean apartment in Barcelona, with excellent A/C and a quiet environment. I travelled alone for 4 nights and was happy with my stay. Having been to Barcelona many times, this apartment stood out for its large kitchen, washer/dyer, air conditioner and exceptionally quiet environment. I love the neighborhood; not very touristy. This would be a great unit for a couple, or even those with a small child; there is tons of space for clothing. Very large by BCN standards. I would have liked basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, which were advertised in the listing. The shower has a gel dispenser only. And, I would have liked a blanket for the bed, not just sheets. This apartment is managed by an office onsite but they are only open weekday business hours. As an Airbnb Superhost and responsive to my guests' needs 24/7, I am used to providing basic amenities to my guests, especially when the price is premium (I paid $1400 USD for 4 nights...should have had shampoo...).

Aunque no estuvimos mucho tiempo ni pudimos disfrutar del alojamiento, estuvimos cómodas. Lo único negativo es que el aparcamiento en la zona es complicado.

Apartamento muy bien decorado. Camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado. Maluan muy muy amable, nos dejó bebidas en el frigorífico. El apartamento muy bien equipado. Nosotros no hicimos uso pero tenía de todo. Maluan también nos dejo capsulas para cafetera. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto. Esperamos volver. Muchas gracias.

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Ignasi and Miriam are truly "super-hosts"!!! They always replied within a few minutes, they let us in as early as possible, and even offered to hold our luggage after check out. The apartment is in the best possible location and is so well stocked I can't imagine what is missing.

Was a great place if you are looking to visit Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. Walkable to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The terrace was amazing in the evenings to sit and have a glass of wine. Really enjoyed our stay. They were also accommodating when traveling with an infant.

Absolutely smashing area been going 40 years and it never lets you down .. the apartment was amazing will definitely use again 👍🏻👍🏻 2 min walk to the beach n bars can’t ask for much more than that cheers 🍻

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Mercedes. Mercedes est une personne très agréable,souriante,toujours disponible pour discuter et rendre service. Plus qu'une hôte,on dirait qu elle est de la famille. elle donne des bons conseils de visites et autres. Ses logements sont très bien équipés, très fonctionnels et la piscine un gros plus après des journées de visites sous la chaleur! Barcelone est à 30 mins en train et il faut compter 20 mins de marche pour rejoindre la station de train. Il y a des bus à passer à 50 m de sa maison mais peu fréquent surtout le week-end. Nous avons manger dans 1 super restaurant la Ponderosa à 10mins de marche ou la paella,les tapas sont excellents et bon marché! Pour résumer je conseille fortement le logement de Mercedes qui se trouve au calme loin du tumulte de Barcelone pour passer des soirée détente et des nuits reposantes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Sehr gute Lage (20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand); viele nette Restaurants in der Umgebung; Metro-Station in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Roger war sehr flexibel und hat uns viele sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

Alex's place is perfectly located right in the heart of Main Street literally at your doorstep are bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. We really enjoyed the convenience and vibrant atmosphere. Alex is a fantastic host who made sure everything was just right for our stay. He’s clearly thought through all the essential amenities a guest might need; kudos to him for that!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!
