The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very beautiful. There was a single-vehicle parking lot. The view was perfect. We were very satisfied in general.

This was the best apartament in Bakirköy, very spacious, clean, and the design was really modern :D, with an unique mirror-finished walls in the hallway and in the living room, our host was very friendly and provided useful informations, she waited us to come at the place. Overall this apartament offers what you need, and is perfect for bigger families, near to the shopping areas, the park, and to good restaurants.

This apartment was just what we were looking for - cozy, clean, and in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze, and from the start, everything felt smooth and easy. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. It made our stay super convenient. What really stood out, though, was Khaled’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. It’s clear he really cares about his guests having a great experience. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in Istanbul!

The house is exactly as in the image, we stayed 9 people including the child, the villa was 4 floors and clean, all the furniture was usable, we easily met all our needs. Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. We had a fantastic stay at Nebiye's beautiful home near the Istanbul Airport (IST) during our family reunion. The house was spacious and comfortable, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a charming garden—perfect for accommodating our entire family. The tranquil surroundings were one of the highlights. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks, waking up to birdsong, and enjoying the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a true retreat, despite being just minutes from the airport. The location was ideal. The Black Sea coast—with its beach, harbor, and delicious seafood restaurants—was only about 20 minutes away and offered something for everyone. Central Istanbul and its major attractions were also easily accessible via the nearby highways. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
