Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

Clean apartment, as described and very well equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a very nice sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

The apartment is in a good area, very close to Ciudadela and as a base to move to the island's coves. In addition, on the floor you will find a beach umbrella, tapers, a portable fabric refrigerator, cards and many other things that you can take to the beach. We didn't get to use the pool due to lack of time, but it seemed very quiet and easy to access.

Absolute 10/10 the accommodation has everything you need for a few nice days. The location is very central but still far enough outside to have your peace in the evening and find enough parking. From the property you can quickly reach several beaches on foot and is very fixed by the sea. But the absolute highlight for us was the balcony with the view of the harbor. We would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks Christiane

We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and is just a five-minute walk from the seafront, close to restaurants and other amenities. We especially appreciated the soft towels, which stayed fresh and didn’t develop any unpleasant odors. The shower was spacious with good water pressure—just keep in mind that the hot water doesn’t last very long, so it’s best to plan your showers accordingly. One small suggestion to further improve comfort would be to replace the twin beds with a double bed. One of us always ended up in the gap between the two singles, but apart from this minor inconvenience, we were very happy with our choice. Sebastiana is a welcoming and attentive host, and she even left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We truly appreciated her kindness and availability. We definitely recommend her accommodation!

The accommodation was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace was particularly beautiful, where you can relax wonderfully. The check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great - especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was really perfect - absolutely recommended!

Great apartment, in a great location. Beautiful coves and places can be reached in no time. In March it was very quiet and hardly anything going on - we enjoyed the tranquility. The apartment was clean and cozy, we lacked nothing. We had a wonderful stay - thank you! ☀️

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. A very nice place with very good amenities and great hosts. The view of the sea and the pool is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a bit tedious, as you have to use steep roads and the music from the surrounding hotel is sometimes a bit noisy. But we would come back again and again and had a great time!

The flat is centrally located in Capdepera. Through the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of the village, to the castle and you can even see the sea. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

There were three of us in Cala Ratjada for four days and we were super satisfied with the apartment. The amenities and location leave nothing to be desired. Parking was also available nearby. Communication with Jan also worked very well and he was very helpful. So I can recommend the apartment to anyone.

A well equipped apartment. A goof size terrace with breathtaking views of the bay. Close to all amenities. Plenty of on street parking. Great hosts.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Great apartment in an excellent location - loads of space and good facilities. Recommended for large family or a group of friends.. Lovely views on the harbour direct from the apartment which is just above restaurants.
