It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house decorated creatively, is 7 km from the center of Ermoupolis. It has a magnificent view of Fabrica Bay. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini markets.

Within 700 meters is the organized beach of Vari where one can find various café-bars and restaurants. The cosmopolitan Hermoupolis and its port are just 5km away and the airport of Syros 3km away.
