The place was extremely clean and taken care of. We had a blast! Highly recommended for 3 families with kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Santa Anna. It really has been beautiful designed and is to a very high standard. The lovely village of Perdika is just a few minutes away. Maro & Lambros were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The whole family loved their time here.

The house was perfect for a family vacation, the views were incredible and all the amenities were possible. Demy, the girl who greeted us, was attentive to us at all times. We can't thank you enough for your attention! Everything was great

We stayed at Evagelos for 3 nights. It was really great! We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we liked it here so much that we stayed another night. The tiny villa is very tastefully decorated. Everything is present, and cooking is also possible. The grounds where the villa is located are really beautiful, you feel right at home, The swimming pool is also beautiful, with sunbeds next to it and even in the water. Beautiful materials have been used for both the swimming pool and the villa. It is also spotless everywhere. Evagelos is a very nice host who will definitely make you feel at home, while there is a lot of privacy. Nafplio is not very far away and is a very atmospheric city. I wouldn't know what could be better in this place, it is without exaggeration really a top place to stay!

Our time in Spetses slowly established a daily rhythm: Awaken to birdsong; warm ourselves in the morning sun; a dip in the sparkling pool; a slow amble down to the seaside. Afternoons, exploring the island on a scooter. Evenings dining under clear skies mostly at Bouboulinas! Mimi’s Villa was our home from home. Perfect X

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in the cottage with Mick and Lena and their nice pets. It is a beautiful cottage with a nice swimming pool which was maintained daily. Lena and Mick are hospitable and very helpful. The cottage is within walking distance of a cozy village with multiple restaurants, bakery, supermarket, butcher and mini-markets. The beach of Drepano is also very nice.

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

We loved our stay at Petros. The location is exceptional, quiet and secluded, however with all the necessary supplies 10 minutes away. The small beaches are at the end of the park with trees and flowers, with sunbeds and umbrellas. 2 kayaks are even available, and they have served well. We were blessed to be able to observe the dolphins on loan 2 days in a row 🤩

The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Niki's place was a simple yet very comfortable little home. Very welcoming on arrival. Good bed and bedding, extremely nice shower, and a washing machine turned out useful too. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had just about what we needed for cooking a meal, but do bring own oil etc. They did supply provisions for making coffee and tea. The area is extremely peaceful and lovely and quiet in the night.

A beautiful home! This lovely house is even more spacious than photos convey. Beyond the bedrooms, comfortable and nicely decorated living rooms on two levels and a den with great selection of books provide abundant indoor space. The extra upstairs kitchen is a bonus — great for food/drinks on terraces. The two terraces are spectacular. Views of both harbors from the top level terrace, Kamini harbor from master suite level terrace. Maria is an excellent and responsive host. She also arranged for mule and driver to transport our bags from and to the port. Other guests have commented on the stairs from the port, and there are a lot. But the reward is abundant in views, quiet, and gracious home. My approach was to take it slowly and enjoy the walk. We look forward to staying at Pinotsi house again!

I just loved staying at this home and we stayed for a month, the fact that it was outside Hydra and a pleasant coastal, walk into the town was a big attraction. As was the local beach and the swimming. Our host could not have been more welcoming and provided the most wonderful marmalade and a lovely package of basic goods and delicacies. I am hoping that we will be able to stay there again next year!

Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Are you looking for a place to completely unwind? Then look no further: this is heavenly paradise on earth! With your own private beach in front of the cottage (and left and right larger pieces of beach with shade spot), a large bay with crystal clear water, hardly any other people nearby, in the cottage everything you need such as good air conditioning in the bedroom and so on. Elias (or is it Nikos?) is a very sweet host. Upon arrival, we received a large bag of tomatoes, cucumber, oranges, fresh olive oil, etc. We have eaten at Nikos' restaurant several times because it was so incredibly delicious. Lots of choice, and everything fresh. Unlike many other restaurants, there is also a lot of choice for vegetarians. Don't hesitate, really go for it! Elias, thank you so much for your hospitality! We look forward to seeing you next time.

The whole experience made my family feel completely at home. Anita was so helpful and the outdoor spaces were incredible . The entire house was very well equipped . We hope to return again .

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is above the bay, it doesn't get any better than that. The path to the bell tower is at the apartment, but it does not disturb. The communication was proactive. Very accommodating. For disabled people, the stairs to the apartment are an obstacle.

Lovely place - clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location with fabulous views. We were made very welcome and really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in Hydra. The location of the apartment is magnificent, it must be one of the best views on the entire island. We spent a great deal of time just on the balcony looking down on the port and up across the town into the hills. Stunning. We went as a couple, and the apartment is perfect for that - it might feel a little crowded for four, as the kitchen/living space is not huge. But certainly workable. It's one whole floor of a large mansion with Illias's own place above. Illias was so friendly and helpful - from arranging the donkey pick up and return to dealing with a couple of minor issues we had with things in the apartment, both quickly fixed. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this very beautiful place. Could not be closer to the sea. We got al lot of great and helpful recommendations. We can highly recommend this place!
