Great place and friendly staff

Hakeem and his wife were gracious hosts. Hakeem is very responsive with all of our inquiries. The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It was located in a nice area and had a 24/7 supermarket right next door. Having the washing machine in the apartment was an added convenience especially during the summer. The only thing that would have been a great thing to have is WiFi in the apartment. Watching TV requires an internet connection. I would definitely recommend staying at Hakeem's place and would return again for sure.

We loved to stay at Mahmood's apartment. He'a such a nice and caring host! He always answers your questions immediately and makes you feel at home. The apartment is perfectly situated, near the city center.

Een erg fijn appartement, op een goede locatie in de stad. Het appartement is ruim en erg geschikt voor een gezin van 4. Het was netjes, schoon, opgeruimd en rustig. De host is vriendelijk en reageert altijd snel en is pro actief om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ook biedt hij transport aan vanaf het vliegveld naar het appartement. Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad en zouden hier een volgende keer zeker weer verblijven!

Hasan was a great host who was helpful with advice about Erbil and how to get around. He also helped with my arrival which was very welcome. The apartment was exactly what I wanted and was a perfect base from which to explore the city. Hasan's hospitality was what made the trip, and I would recommend his properties to others without hesitation.

We are so happy that we met Sahar. She helped us alot with our trip even before we met and welcomed us into her apartment as soon as we arrived. The apartment is beautiful with alot of natural light and the bed is so comfortable, we had a really great rest here. The location is perfect, next to lots of restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the citadel. We had the privilege of trying her delicious cooking- she is a really great host and any guest is lucky to meet her. We came as guests but we left as friends. I can't recommend staying at her place in Erbil enough. Thankyou Sahar, I'm sure we will meet again somewhere in the world!

I had a great experience staying in the apartment . The place was clean and well-maintained, with tidy rooms that made it feel very comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning view — it really added to the overall atmosphere. The location is also excellent, with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and main roads. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and peaceful place to stay in Erbil.

Amazing location, felt really safe and secure while being close to everything. Easy check in and out. Host is super responsive and will help with anything you need Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Everything about the apartment was very nice. The location is great as well, just a minute away from one of the main roads and a few supermarkets nearby for all your needs. It really felt like home. Security at the entrance was our only slightly negative experience. They would stop us every time we entered the building, but the host helped us everytime when that happened. Overall a great experience and would definitely do it again!

Mr Karez was an amazing host. Very well presented, informative and swift check in. The whole apartment was clean and organised exactly how it was shown in the images. Without hesitation i would visit the apartment again in the future
