Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Etwas klein, für 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder passt aber noch. Mit dem Schrank-Deo war es echt übertrieben: man musste vor der Benutzung ein paar Tage richtig lüften... Für Selberkocher ist die Küche sehr eng, hat aber trotzdem funktioniert :). Einen Pizzaschneider und einen funktionierenden Korkenzieher nicht vergessen ;). Die Lage im Pinienwald ist wirklich traumhaft, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und werden gerne wieder kommen!

Wonderful apartment. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a holiday. Quiet romantic corner near the water. I highly recommend for a trip to Venice. Communication with Elena was great. We will definitely come back again.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus. Mit eigenem Parkplatz und ruhigem Wohngebiet. Sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Einkaufsmeile, Supermarkt und Strand in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle, freundliche Gastgeber! Vielen Dank

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen in einer ganz tollen Anlage. Der Pool mit Whirlpool und separatem Kleinkinderbereixh war traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was ein angenehmer Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Alessandro und Stella waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Anlage ist super privat und sehr schön angelegt und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa è molto accogliente e il giardino con piscina stupendo . Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sentiti come a casa nostra. Tutto perfetto, location top, villetta grande e super attrezzata, giardino interno favoloso, comodo avere il posto macchina, accoglienza al top, Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono morbidi e puliti. La villetta è anche fornita di microonde, lavastoviglie, pentole di ogni tipo ecc. Abbiamo avuto piccolo inconveniente idraulico che stato gestito al top. Veloci e cordiali. All’entrata del complesso residenziale c’è un custode per le emergenze, molto gentile e attivo. Nel giardino condominiale ci si può rilassare sotto gli albere rinfrescarsi nella piscina. Tutto splendido

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Posto veramente tranquillo e silenzioso; Molto centrale alla zona con negozi praticamente a 10 minuti in ogni direzione. Posto molto pulito e accogliente e check in veloce senza problemi; gentilissime le signore che gestiscono il locale: molto aperte ad aiutare in caso di problemi e molto responsive durante la permanenza nel locale. Settimana passata in allegria e tranquillità!

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

Laura ha comunicato prevalentemente con mia mamma, e posso dire che la sua estrema gentilezza, cura, precisione e interesse nei confronti del nostro soggiorno a Chioggia sono stati splendidi!! Una host davvero speciale!! Ci ha fornito indicazioni super precise sul luogo e si è interessata SEMPRE al nostro soggiorno, su come ci trovassimo ecc. Poi che dire, appartamento terratetto fantastico, nuovo di zecca, abbiamo davvero gradito tutto, e comunque eravamo in 7 in casa, ma ci si stava ampiamente! Ho adorato mangiare in terrazza poi!!!

Nous avons apprécié séjourner chez Paola. La maison est très spacieuse, bien placée à proximité de la mer ainsi que de commerces et restaurants. Le jardin est très grand et agréable. La décoration est soignée (mention spéciale pour le tableau se trouvant dans l’escalier, qui a fait l’unanimité) Paola est très réactive aux messages. Il nous manquait quelques petites choses et elle nous y a amener le lendemain. Elle nous a également conseillé plusieurs adresses sympas dans le coin! Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Hundestrand in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Gute Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit Hund (e) absolut zum weiterempfehlen 👍❤️. Alles lief absolut unkompliziert ab.

It was really nice house to stay with my mom and my son. We have been warmly welcomed by our guests. The location is perfect to visit the region and enjoy the beach. It’s well equipped, clean and big enough. The garden and the terrasse are also really nice for lunches and diners. I can only recommend so stay there!

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dem Haus am Vena Kanal... einfach bezaubernd, immer wieder wunderbar... total italienisch! Diese Lage ist einfach ein Traum! Lucie und Gianni waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar, haben rasch auf Fragen reagiert und brauchbare Anweisungen gegeben... die Kommunikation hat super geklappt! Wir kommen wieder!!! Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern! Sie bietet genügend Platz und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Alex war sehr schnell erreichbar und entgegenkommend (bspw brauchten wir nochmal einen Ventilator, ohne die hätten wir nachts nicht überlebt.. war sehr warm im August). Vielen Dank nochmal!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento, ordinato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutte le comodità! La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla ma a pochi passi si può raggiungere la spiaggia e anche il centro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile
