Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the Medieval church on the largest mound in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area, the endless polders and the bird (spot) rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worth it!

Near the city of Groningen (17 km, 28 min by car, 36 minutes by public transportation) by the village of Winsum, is located this cozy chalet with a view of the countryside. The Chalet is well equipped (real bed/kitchen/Shower/wood burning stove/Wifi) and provide with a spacious terrace. If you want you can get eggs from our own chickens. Holidays at Blumenstraße, next to 'Wattenmeer'

In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

The space has all the comforts, has a modern kitchen and bathroom and is heated by underfloor heating. This nice room is built in a barn and has its own private shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive from the Wadden Sea. So not a beach, but dikes with sheep on them. A few spoiled beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for real work. Wake up with cackling chickens under your window. Wood stove heat, with support of an electric heater. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

HVJ-Ezinge Lodging in Westerkwartier

Next to the former Wierde museum on the Torenstraat in Ezinge is the former Green Cross building. What used to be the "consultation agency", we converted into a fully-fledged apartment. There we offer a spacious living room with lots of light, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a ‘private’ entrance. Please note: Basically no breakfast! (unless in consultation)
