Ξεκινάω από τον οικοδεσπότη.Εξαιρετικός και πρόθυμος να κάνει την διαμονή σου καλύτερη.Επικοινωνούσε τακτικά μαζί μας να ρωτήσει αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι.Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένεια ή για παρέες.Έχει δική του αυλή και είναι σχετικά ήσυχο.Η πρόσβαση είναι απλή αν κάποιος δει και διαβάσει τις κατατοπιστικές οδηγίες του οικοδεσπότη.Βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ καλή τοποθεσία (μέσα στο κάστρο) που σημαίνει οτι όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και τα μαγαζιά ειναι δίπλα σου .Η στάθμευση μπορεί για κάποιους να είναι θέμα αλλά υπάρχει πολύ κοντά δημοτικό πάρκινγκ .Μπορείς να παρκάρεις και στον παραλίμνιο δρόμο από την κάτω μεριά του κάστρου.Η οικογένεια μου απόλαυσε την διαμονή.Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία.

ΗΣΥΧΟ ΜΕΡΟΣ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΟΝΤΑ ΣΤΟ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά της Πρέβεζας πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης (5-10 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Υπήρχε διαθέσιμος χώρος στάθμευσης έξω από το διαμέρισμα. Το κατάλυμα ήταν εφοδιασμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα, για να έχει μια όμορφη και ευχάριστη διαμονή μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων. Ο Θώμας ήταν πολύ φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός, πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας ενημερώσει και να ανταποκριθεί σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε! Θα επιλέγαμε και σε μελλοντικό μας ταξίδι στην Πρέβεζα να μείνουμε στο σπίτι του Θωμά!

Thank you for an excellent stay; Maria was super friendly, helpful and flexible. We arrived late in the evening but Maria was happy to meet us in person and immediately made us feel welcome. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need, including thoughtful touches like bottles of mineral water and coffee for the morning. The large sitting room was a great social space with well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. Thank you so much for an excellent stay Maria, we hope to see you again soon!

A great value-for-money apartment! Extremely clean, with a very kind and welcoming host. We were even greeted with a small tsipouro and wine as a welcome gift — such a thoughtful touch! The bathroom had all the essentials, including Apivita face soap, which truly won me over. (I love it when shower gels and shampoos are from quality brands and not generic refills.) Also, the hair dryer was excellent — much better than the usual weak ones you find in most apartments or hotels.

Amazing find, right in the heart of the beautiful Gaios with everything a stones throw away. Steleo was an absolute gentleman, picked us up from the port and spent time giving us lots of recommendations for our stay. Could not recommend more highly, thank you.

Σύγχρονο και πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα σε κεντρική τοποθεσια. Πολύ φιλική και άμεση οικοδέσποινα.

This place was perfect for 2 people. We stayed 17 nights and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is in a pedestrian street with restaurants within steps of the front door. The Restaurant Mazen is literally 2 steps away and has traditional Greek food and very nice people. The bedroom is in the back, so it is quiet, even when bars are playing loud music outside. The balcony is wonderful to have your morning coffee and watch life taking place in this little heaven. George and Kathrin are simply wonderful and incredibly responsive if you need anything. A highly recommended place!

L’anfitrió ha sigut molt atent i flexible amb la nostra arribada, ja que ens va esperar malgrat tenir un problema amb el ferry i arribar més tard del previst. L’allotjament és molt acollidor i l’estada ha estat molt agradable. El barri no ens ha transmès gaire confiança, tot i que la ubicació està bé per allotjar-s’hi després de l’arribada en ferry a Igoumenista.

Çok tatlı bir çift. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hatta yanlış parktan dolayı polis arabamın plakalarını almıştı. Benimle beraber polis karakola gelip yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολυ καθαρός. Απλός αλλά με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Κοντά στο κέντρο της πολης αλλά σε γειτονιά με ησυχία. Κατάλληλος χώρος για ένα άτομο. Σίγουρα θα τον προτιμησω ξανά. 😊

Καθαρός χώρος, άνετος, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ και ψητοπωλείο. Στα δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεται το νοσοκομείο Χατζηκώστα,άνετο πάρκιγκ κάτω από το σπίτι. 'Ολα εξαιρετικά!

I had a fantastic stay at Theo’s Airbnb in Ioannina! The apartment was a perfect mix of modern comfort and cozy charm, ideally located just steps from the beautiful lake and historic castle, making it a great base for exploring the city. The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated with thoughtful touches, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a well-stocked kitchen. Theo was an outstanding host—super responsive, warm, and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage for as long as needed, which made our trip so much easier. The central location put us within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and attractions, yet the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Theo’s place to anyone visiting Ioannina!

Η καλύτερη επιλογή για ζευγάρια με κατοικίδια! προσεγμένη διακόσμηση, εξωπλησμενο με περισσότερα πράγματα από όσα χρειάζεστε, φέρτε απλά τα ρούχα σας! Μια όμορφη γειτονιά που προσφέρει τα πάντα για την διασκέδαση σας! απολαύσαμε την μικρή μας αυλή πίνοντας τον καφέ μας κάτω από ένα όμορφο δέντρο 🌲. Όσο για την Έλενα, ότι και πω θα την αδικήσω! Η καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα με διάφορα! Δίνει την ψυχή της σε αυτό που κάνει και της αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια!!! αν μπορούσα να την βαθμολόγηση με 10 θα της έδινα 11!!! Σε ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς και θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!!! είς τό επανιδείν!

We had a really great stay at Soustas apartments. A two minute easy walk to centre of Loggos, almost next door to the supermarket so very very convenient. Clean, comfortable and the perfect base. Highly recommend! Thank you to all at Soustas!

We really enjoyed our stay in the very quiet, spacious flat, only half a minute's walk from the port and close to the supermarket. The three balconies were a real plus and the peace and quiet was wonderful. We only needed the air conditioning at night and it worked perfectly with a minimum of noise which was not disturbing (which is rare in my experience!). Having the pool to ourselves was an unexpected bonus! The kitchen has a handy mini-dishwasher. The bathroom is rather basic and difficult to keep dry while showering, but that did not outweigh the benefits of this flat. Sia is a very friendly and generous host who made our stay very pleasant!

Leí alguna mala crítica en otras plataformas, pero la verdad es un alojamiento muy tranquilo, limpio y bonito. A pocos metros de la calle principal, pero muy tranquilo por la noche. La playa tambien es accesible a pie, pero no es demasiado bonita. Algunas cosas a mejorar, por ejemplo las mosquiteras. Hay unas de quita y pon, pero se cuelan los mosquitos. Afortunadamente hay muchos comercios en la zona donde comprar repelente, a precio razonable. Las camas individuales son muy pequeñas y bastante incomodas. Y las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes, pero la piscina y el bar son un plus. Muy buena relación calidad-precio en general.

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

Bon séjour: notre hote s'est montré accueillant et disponible. Endroit calme, jardin avec piscine agréable. Logement climatisé correct avec un petit extérieur agréable.

We zijn twee weken op het resort geweest, en het was een heerlijke vakantie. Mooi resort, ontzetten vriendelijke mensen die ons hart gestolen hebben. De ouders van Fanys kunnen heerlijk koken en halen veel van de ingredienten uit hun eigen moestuin. Veel leuke dingen gedaan in de omgeving: paardrijden, scooters gehuurd, gesnorkeld, veel gezommmen in de mooie zee. De prachtige kustweg tussen corfu stad en Alykes beach is een aanrader om met de scooter te volgen en hier en daar te stoppen bij een mooi strandje of een mooie taverne. Kortom: echt een aanrader!
