Kirsten's summer house is an exceptionally beautiful and special accommodation! The lovingly & tastefully furnished house, the wonderful garden with its flowers & its chill outdoor spaces as well as the wonderful location of the accommodation in the beautiful Baumberger holiday park - with a lot of privacy - leave nothing to be desired! Everything your heart desires is available in the accommodation - you arrive and are immediately on vacation! Kirsten is a great & very attentive hostess, who you can tell is passionate about the matter and does everything to give her guests an unforgettable beautiful, carefree & relaxed stay. What a wonderful place! What an extraordinary oasis of time out! Many thanks for EVERYTHING!

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Kerstin's place for one night, but everything was great for it. The communication in advance was very friendly and helpful. The instructions on how to get to the accommodation were also so clear that we made it in the dark. The flexible check-in helped us enormously here, as traffic had changed our plans a little. It is very quiet, very clean and if you are looking for some peace in the countryside, the perfect place and the surroundings to explore or just look at a few stars at night.

We had a lovely time in this lovely house. Everything we wanted was in the clean, tidy house. Daniela was a great host, who gave us nice tips about the area and restaurants. You can't think of anything that crazy or it was in the cottage. The beds were already made and there was plenty of linen. Everything was sparkling clean. The house has a great garden and we were lucky with beautiful weather. We had a wonderful bike ride in the area and in Bad Bentheim there are plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. We will definitely come back here again!

Another great stay, we have been here several times now and love it. The house has everything you need and the garden is a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee . Good dog walking from the house or a short drive to the woods . Shops are 10 minutes away with nice restaurants and cafes . We will be back !

It was a great weekend. The surroundings are beautiful and offer a good starting point for excursions in the region.

The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was peaceful yet well-connected, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was very nice and quiet. Also very clean. Heike was very kind and accommodating. Note: The lake in the photo is closed off and cannot be reached. Also not visible in summer because of the bushes. It's also better to travel by car. We felt very comfortable and had a good time there. I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice and clean apartment in Nordhorn. Communication was good and clear. We only regretted that we booked an apartment also on the basis of parking space and unfortunately on arrival always occupied so we had to park the cars somewhere else than we thought. We had a good weekend

Perfect all around - we felt at home. Absolutely recommended. Very quiet, beautifully furnished, everything you need is available. The communication was very friendly and fast, we were able to easily extend spontaneously by 1 night. We would come back anytime.

It was a great stay! Elke was very friendly and greeted us personally. A key safe is also available. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. There are sharp knives, large and small pots and decent pans!!! We also slept well, the beds have good mattresses. Tecklenburg, Münster and Osnabrück can be reached quickly by car. There is a farm shop nearby, where there are also fresh rolls.

Very nice and neat house with a beautiful garden. You are out of the street and in the woods with a wonderful lake where the dogs could swim. Nice excursions nearby at a reasonable distance and supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway options within fifteen minutes. If anything needs to be reported, it is that it would be nice if the neighbors' rooster had a "snooze" button :-) But as already said, that is with the neighbors. The host (Sike) is very quick to respond in case of a question and very proactive in providing the necessary information. This house, with all comforts, with a beautiful spacious garden, in a wooded area and not far from the Netherlands, is definitely recommended.

We stayed 3 nights with our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) in Hennie and Ria's accommodation. Pleasant reception by Hennie. Accommodation looks good, spacious and clean. Everything works properly and all desired facilities are present. Sufficient privacy in and around the house. The beds are great. There is a folder with various information about the accommodation and various tips on what to do in the area. The kids also had a good time. Especially with the ponies and dog Dora. There are lots of games and books available. Ria even did a load of laundry for us in the evening, so that the football uniform could be worn fresh again the next day. Great! We had a nice stay. If we go on holiday in this area again, we will definitely come back. Thanks Hennie and Ria!
