Bienvenidos a casa,un lugar pensado para disfrutar

Casa del año 1932 reformada manteniendo el encanto original de la época. Dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas tipo suite. Tiene lavadero y buhardilla utilizada como sala de estudio, biblioteca, gimnasio y con salida a una terraza soleada. Descubre detalles y particularidades de los espacios de la casa y posibles actividades a realizar por la zona en nuestro instagram: @_casaalba_ Los huéspedes pueden acceder libremente a todos los espacios abiertos de la casa; sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baños, lavadero, estudio, patio, balcones y terraza. Hay dos espacios privados de la propiedad cerrados para almacenamiento personal. Se dejan abiertos y preparados los dormitorios necesarios según los huéspedes que contratan la casa. No estamos en a casa durante la estancia, pero nos gusta estar en contacto por cualquier duda y estamos disponibles para ayudar en caso que sea necesario. La casa se encuentra al casco antiguo junto a la Plaza Mayor, la calle es muy tranquila, céntrica, con árboles y a 10 minutos del Lago a pie. Banyoles por si no lo conocéis es un pueblo tranquilo rodeado de un entorno natural único para hacer actividades de recreo y deportivas con interés cultural/histórico. De camino a las montañas del Pirineu y el mar de la Costa Brava. El propio barrio dispone de todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados… PARQUIN EN LA ZONA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *Delante de casa es ZONA AZUL, se tiene que pagar a las maquinas durante este horario: de Lunes a Sábado 9:00-13:00 y de 17:00-20:30 *Aparcamiento gratuito cerca de casa, la misma calle de abajo por ejemplo Carrer Torres i Bages (todas las calles que se marcan los aparcamientos en líneas de color blanco). *Tenemos parquin cerrado cerca de casa. Logement vraiment bien équipé et très agréable. Vous avez une jolie vue sur la mer, qui rend encore mieux que sur les photos 😃 Les personnes de l’agence de location sont vraiment gentilles et tout est bien expliqué. Nous avons vraiment passé un super moment, malgré les points négatifs suivants. L’isolement phonique du logement est vraiment faible. Concernant l’extérieur, c’est plutôt bon, mais par contre en interne, c’est désastreux. Je veux préciser que cela est surtout le fait de voisins qui n’ont vraiment aucun respect. Télé à haut volume, conversations téléphoniques et discussions vous mettant au fait de la vie de ces derniers. Il n’y a aucune ventilation (mécanique ou non) qui fait que l’appartement est extrêmement humide, il faut aérer et chauffer pour évacuer l’humidité mi-saison. Pas d’inquiétude il n’y a pas de moisissures, mais vos vêtements peuvent devenir humides si vous les oubliez au sol par exemple. Hormis cela très bonne location.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La vue est imprenable! Très proche des plus belles plages. Logement conforme à la description. Lieu très calme. Le fait que la piscine soit une piscine partagée n'a pas posé de problème, respect mutuel des personnes présentes. Nous recommandons !

The house was very nice and has everything you need for a two week stay. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and the beach (about 20 minute walk). The house had secure parking with easy access. The pool and outdoor space is very pretty, although the pool is not heated so it was too cold for us in September/October. There is no washing machine but we used the laundry that was recommended by the rental agents and they were great! The WiFi and A/C worked very well and we had excellent communication with Interhome, the rental agent. A couple of things could be done to make this a 5 star review - the addition of a bbq or outdoor grill would be a bonus as we enjoyed cooking at the house some evenings and sitting outside also I think the bedding needs to be upgraded as the quilts and blankets available were very old and stained. Maybe in the summer you would only sleep with sheets so this wouldn’t be a problem. Overall a very good stay!
