The generous living spaces are delightfully furnished and equipped for comfort, rest and leisure and its views will relax and invigorate you. It is ideal for enjoying precious family gatherings and fun holidays to the max. The neighbouring café is a local favourite and the area has many restaurants with the shopping and entertainment hubs of Ballito and Salt Rock a short drive away.

Spacious Cottage on secluded, child-friendly beach

Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

This is a true 'beach house' right on the beach! Enjoy good old family beach holidays in this charming & cosy home! It is not perfect but the location & views are what makes this house so special. You can't get closer to the sand & sea than this. Swim,surf or snorkel in front of the house. Early morning sunrises are incredible. Look out for the whales and dophins too. Close by are well known golf courses, Padel, Pickle Ball, a gym, the Ski boat club,a Mall & fantastic restaurants.

There’s an outside patio to relax on, and the property is very secure with an active alarm system, electric gate, high fence and 3 parking spaces for vehicles. We, the hosts, live in the downstairs unit.

4 Bedroom house with lovely sea views.

This 4-bedroom house is 150m from two great beaches, 1 with a granny pool to entertain the kiddies. We are 3km from large shopping malls, 10 minutes from Ballito central and also have two lovely restaurants within walking distance. We are one road away from Ocean Dr, this is where you will find all the famous seaside restaurants and main beaches. This house is on a shared property and has a family orientated setting, loud parties and music is NOT permitted.
