Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Hem tasarımı hem de temizliği açısından oldukça etkileyiciydi. Banyo ve tuvaletin birlikte olması nedeniyle duş sonrası etrafa biraz su sıçrayabiliyor; bu yüzden yanınızda terlik bulundurmanız faydalı olabilir. Ayrıca, bina eski olduğundan ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil ve üst kattaki daireden zaman zaman ses gelebiliyor. Fakat bu bizim için rahatsız edici bir durum olmadı. Yine de sese karşı hassassanız bunu göz önünde bulundurmanız iyi olabilir. Ev sahipleri son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her sorumuza çok hızlı yanıt verdiler. This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi, giriş/çıkış saati konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Kaan Bey airbnb’de gördüğüm en ilgili ev sahiplerinden birisi, gönül rahatlığıyla konaklama yapabilirsiniz.

Merhabalar. Ev sahibi çok ilgileniyor istediğimiz her an ulaştık. Evin güvenlikleri de aynı şekilde çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle kamuran beye teşekkürler. Otopark çok sıkışık ve ürkütücüydü benim için, rica ettim arabayı dışarıya girişin önüne koyduk. Panik atağım olduğu için otoparktan hemen çıkmak istedim. Muhit olarak ben tarlabaşı ve çevresini sevmiyorum caddeye yakın oluşu çok iyiydi 5 dakikada yürüdük ama etraftaki değişik mahallelere maruz kaldık tabi bir miktar. Bir de biz evi tuttuktan hemen sonra dairenin fiyatında indirim oldu. 4500 gibi bir ödeme yaptık bir gece için, 3500 gibi bir fiyata düştü. Onu görmek üzdü. Onun dışında ev doluydu hiç eksiği yoktu kişisel bakıma kadar ev sahibi tarafından sağlanmıştı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, karşıda kalmak istersek tekrar görüşmek üzere. Fakat bu sefer yaşadığımız bu fiyat tecrübesinden dolayı indirim talep edeceğim.

Ümit's place was wonderful. You get a view overlooking the Bosphorus. It is also very close to the train station which will lead you to all the touristic and historical place as well as the dock for anyone that wish to also venture to the Asian side of Turkiye. The place was easy to find, and the instructions left by Ümit was easy to understand. We enoyed our time and we would highly recommend Ümit's place to anyone who plans to stay a couple of days or more, venturing the historical and enchanting cty of Istanbul!

Beautiful apartment uphill from the heart of Balat. we stayed for 9 days so plenty of time to experience the neighborhood and the place. It was a pleasant place to stay. We didn't want to stay in the massively touristy areas and experience a little but of the local life and Balat is great for that. The place is set over 4 floors with very steep stairs. be very careful whilst coming down. luckily there's a toilet on each floor. It was comfortable, relatively quiet and safe. We travelled with cabin luggages so very grateful for the supplied shower gel and shampoo! We cooked a little and the kitchen is totally functional as is the washing machine ( although you'll need a but of Google lens translation to figure out the programmes!) Constructive criticism - could do with hooks for the towels in each bathroom and a couple more seats on the terrace. It was a really nice spot to have our breakfast and evening sundowner. Also, no TV unlike what is listed but good WiFi available.

We enjoyed a great stay in the apartment that was very clean, in a great location and had very nice views from the room and the terrace. Bulut and his parents were very nice people who made you feel at home and were very responsive whenever we needed help or had any questions. There are many nice local restaurants nearby and public transport to other areas of Istanbul is very close and convenient. Highly recommended to stay here during your trip to Istanbul!

Great stay! Dullrich was a fast communicator, welcomed us warmly on arrival, and even registered our vehicle. The Sinpas Suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment with best view that you can find in entire Istanbul! Very responsive host. They helped us with luggage (which is a big thing), transportation (which was cheaper and more comfortable than at the airport, so I strongly recommend to arrange through them)! The location is not far from Galata port, Taksim and Galata( walking distance) There is one thing that you need to consider before booking; the entire area is up on a hill and you will have to walk the steps even to get to the cab. We had a stroller, kid and a disabled person and it was very challenging for us. But that’s not the host’s issue of course, but entire area.
