Good place to stay. Hosts are very friendly. All the old city can be reached by foot. Sea view from the room or terrace is nice yet a bit noisy too (from traffic). If you want a room more quiet for the night, make sure you book one on the other side of the building, even though that would mean to have no sunlight entering...

We stayed for 1 night, the location was extremely central, although it was on a street above Taksim, it was quite calm. It was especially enjoyable to spend time with music on the balcony. We were a little stunned as there was no sign on the first check in but after the door no and they welcomed us we were assured. The inside of the kettle was not very clean when we wanted to boil water and drink tea, it should definitely be reviewed. Also, it was a little cold at night, I can't say that the air conditioner works. The heaters were very hot, but it was not enough for 1 room or it may be useful to open it beforehand. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, we would prefer it again, thank you.

Great value for the price. Location is great, near Blue Mosque and Agya Sophia and T1 stop but is also quiet because in a secondary street. Bed was comfy and breakfast good too. The personnell is very kind. Recommended

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

I had a great 5 days and rented 3 different apartments, I'm sure they would be more careful if there were minor mishaps on the cleaning side. Nice location, warm apartments and nice people. Thank you.

The hotel is 10 min. walk from metro station Bus Station (Otogar). The room fully corresponds to the description - there is a fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer and safe. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It is convenient to get here by metro from any airport. The only thing that can create a difficulty, if you have a heavy suitcase is the pedestrian crossing over the road on the way from the bus station, you will need to climb (and then go down) on 44 steps. In this case, it is better to take a taxi. You can walk to the metro without luggage. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks English, check-in and check-out is very quick and at any time of the day, which is very convenient.

This apartment has an incredible view of Istanbul. The beds were very comfortable, and linens clean. It was nice to have parking under the building as we didn't have to hunt for street parking. And once we got correct address directions, we found it easily. Do message and ask for directions as the Airbnb location is incorrect. The Service was very responsive to all our messages.

So much comfortable place very near to taksim. Highly recommended

I had a great time staying at Kalfa Palace. The location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Engin was a great host! He's very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He provided me with the list of recommendations on restaurants, cafes, etc. There was a problem with the WiFi but he's on his way to fix it.

We received Murad with a smile and a welcome. He was a friendly and idealistic person that I love my young son, as well as the Iraqi man. He was a very happy man and we did not forget that the Egyptian worker was very kind. They also helped us with a late check-out until 1:30. Thank you.

This place is a gem! It’s a clean and spacious venue located near Taksim Square. The metro station is just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient to explore various attractions. The staff is always on top of things and provides prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Great place, very fair price!

Only have good things to say about the apartment. It was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable not too soft not too hard, very good AC and of course the cute balcony to chill after a long day. 2 big and 2 small towels and slippers were provided along with a few other necessities. Its also equipped with a good strong hair dryer. The neighborhood of Ortaköy has a lot of nice little cafes and traditional eateries as well as the more touristic waterfront area. We liked it a lot, but visitors should know that the only public transport to other parts of istanbul is buses and, not as frequently, boats, so travel needs to be planned accordingly. We arrived almost an hour later than estimated due to the insane traffic and Hayat was patiently waiting, thanks again! All in all had a great stay, would definitely book again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check-in was straightforward and easy, and all the rooms were in good condition. The location was perfect just off the main street with many markets and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Nisantasi and Taksim Square. Would definitely stay again :)

the owner is nice and friendly. There is a lot of great restaurants around, also some bars are not so far. only count that this place isn't new and something in the apartment isn't in a great condition, but it was not issue for our group.
