Great location, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but still easy to get to all the attractions. Two minutes away from the tram stop. The place was clean and comfortable. The floors are a bit creaky and sometimes you can hear the upstairs guests but that perhaps adds to the charm. The pictures are exactly the same and the decor is also done up with an old Turkish touch but with modern amenities. Would recommend if you’re looking for a spot tucked away but close to everything.

Great stay - flat is right on the heart of Istanbul and was exactly as described. View was stunning and definitely the highlight. Apartment was very well equipped and host was extremely responsive.

Der Aufenthalt bei Erkan war ein Erlebnis. Der Empfang war herzlich inkl. vollem Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse mit Sicht auf den Bosporus ist einfach atembraubend. Die Wohnung selber war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und geräumig! Die Lage war perfekt und war Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Erkan hat sich stets um uns gesorgt und war immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung mehr als empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall nochmal diese Wohnung nehmen.

Le logement de Reyhan a pleinement participé à rendre notre visite de la ville parfaite ! Idéalement situé dans le vieil Istanbul, nous avons pu faire des allers retours aisément entre les lieux de visite et lui, profiter des restaurants alentours (du très bon petit déjeuner juste au pied du logement à l apéritif dans la cour vegetalisee des Mansions un peu plus loin), ainsi qu’envisager la majorité de nos déplacements à pieds (jusqu’à la place Taksim en passant par le pont de Galata). Cosy, lumineux, très propre, bien équipé et spacieux, il nous a permis de trouver du repos quand nous en avions besoin. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la terrasse offre une des plus belles vues qui soit, avec, à égale distance, Sainte Sophie et la Mosquée bleue. À contempler sans modération du lever du soleil jusqu’à son coucher sans avoir à partager ce point de vue avec une foule. Bref, une adresse que nous recommanderons et certainement partagerons avec nos proches dans les mois à venir !

I was a little nervous to book with no reviews but don't hesitate. We stayed with two littles and it is kid approved. The location was perfect as a first time visitor to Istanbul and the view was awesome from both the flat and rooftop. The area is walkable with lots of food options and public transport is minutes away. The host is also very responsive and helped us late in the night when we locked ourselves out of the safe. The only thing I wish I had known prior was that cars are not allowed on the street in front of the place, so you do need to walk to the flat from your drop off point. The peninsula hotel nearby is a good place to do that and avoid stairs. Would definitely book again.

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

Wir haben uns in der schönen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Check-in persönlich begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Le quartier est calme et charmant. Le coin plus animé de Fenner et Balat avec tous ces délicieux cafés et restaurants est à 5min à pied. Nous avons pu travailler depuis l'appartement, la connexion internet marche parfaitement. Les transports en commun sont à 5min et marchent bien. Le logement est lumineux et agréable avec une jolie vue. Bref, nous le recommandons, super!

I recommend Daria’s place 100%. The flat is cosy, contemporary and spacious, the location couldn’t be better! Lots of bars, restaurants and amenities all around not to mention the breathtaking view over the Bosphorus by the terrace and the view over Galata tower from the bay window. Daria’s has been kind and flexible since the very beginning and always replied promptly to my enquiries. I’m looking forward to come back! Beatrice

This apartment is in a wonderful location in the heart of the vibrant Beyoğlu neighbourhood but high above street level it is away from the hustle and bustle with superb panoramic views. The apartment had everything we needed and is near restaurants, public transport, small supermarkets and is walking distance from many attractions. There isn’t a lift though, and you need to carry luggage etc up 5 levels to reach it. We enjoyed the experience!

Such an amazing stay at Sebiha’s place! The view of the Bosphorous ( though restricted) is spectacular! the full length glass adds to the charm . The sofa and the bed both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking essentials - in fact we cooked our breakfast everyday & enjoyed dining with the amazing view. But the best thing about the apartment is its location - very well positioned. It’s so close to Galata tower, Taksim street, metro station. Just a few steps up, you reach the supermarket & just a few steps down, you reach the bus stop ! Very convenient for travel . Highly recommended place for long time stays also.

Really can’t fault a lot about this place. Fantastic location with so many shops, cafes, bars nearby. Really quiet apartment - I was high up which helped. The rooftop for beers in evening was lovely - probably my highlight. Host was very responsive - good English and quick to respond with clear instructions Thanks for a great stay

Exceeded my expectation, left us having an absolutely gorgeous time. Outstanding place and amazing host. No complaints at all, just happiness after our stay. Felt like home with gorgeous view at the Bosporus.

This apartment was at the best location in Istanbul. We could reach easily to an old town, also near here very convenient for shopping. Fatih was always very helpful for us.

In short, the place is great and worth staying. Walkable distance to the center sightseeings. Few minutes walk to the closest tram station (tho it's a bit of uphill to walk towards the tram station, uphills are common in Istanbul). House was clean and included everything as described, has its own washing and drying room, which was very useful. Local markets, sweets and souvenir/gift shops are also very close, with affordable prices (a lot cheaper then the ones at touristic locations). The apartment is on the 4th floor, excluding ground level floor. There were little noises from restaurants nearby during evening, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, it was great experience, I would happily stay there another time.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been in many airbnbs and I have to say that Tao is one of the best for sure. His place is in a top notch location inside of Istanbul and his recommendations made our trip so much better.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

Bulması kolay oldu. Saolsun direk konum da iletildi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim oldu. Semt içinde iyi bi yerde. Zemin katta fakat kliması iyi, banyosu sade ve temizdi, buz dolabı da çok iyi soğutuyordu. Koltukları rahattı. Mahremiyetten yana sıkıntım olmadı ki benim için önemli olan noktalardan biri buydu. Memnun kaldım. Tekrar teşekkürler.
