Walking distance to the lake! Perfect place to go ice fishing only minutes from your door. This amazing cabin is like a home away from home, surrounded by trees and nature. The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. No internet- just a pure escape from reality with total peace and quiet. The cabin is stocked with games, a dart board, and gas fireplace.

Cozy Lodge Suite

This suite is a separate space, that is all your own, with a walkout to the hot tub. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify if needed we need prepare the linens for you.

Our cottage has one of the best locations in town as we area 5-10 min walk to the beach, quick access to the Nexsource Center for those visiting during the hockey season and a 5min drive up to Gull Fields for those guests who have a passion for baseball! Mother Nature was not on our side for our trip to Sylvan lake, so we weren’t able to enjoy the beach and lake which were only a five minute walk away. We did however enjoy the hot tub, and walked to shops and restaurants. The cottage had everything that we needed and there were board games for us to play while we waited out the rain. Kyle was an excellent host. He answered any question we had and it was clear that he put a lot of thought into what guests could need in their stay.

I can't say enough about Janeen's place. It looked just like the pictures. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It was amazing to see the lighthouse lit up at night (from the back deck). The whole unit was beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet. It was perfect for our girl's getaway!! Can't wait to go back.

This house is absolutely amazing had everything needed for a great weekend with friends! It’s not noted on the add but there is a spiral staircase going downstairs it can be hard to manage if your not use to it but after a night or two we were able to go up and down without issues:) the wood burning fire place was so much fun to use and was great on a chilly night. The bed were really comfortable and the hot tub was a great touch.

I stayed at Paulette’s property for a month while there for work. To say the space was a highlight of my trip is an understatement. Her space is beautiful, perfectly clean, decorated tastefully and with amenities that make it feel like home. Paulette was incredibly responsive and helpful as a host. I even had company a few times so I rented out the lower level which was equally clean, tasteful and comforting. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a secluded getaway. I hope to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay at Connie’s place! She was such a friendly and welcoming host, making us feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, private area near Sylvan Lake, which gave us the peace and relaxation we were looking for. The house itself was spotless and very spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out. We especially loved the large outdoor area, which was perfect for games, relaxing, and enjoying the fresh air. Connie's friendly dogs were a lovely bonus—they were super sweet and added to the homey, welcoming vibe. Everything was exactly as described in the listing—no surprises, just a really comfortable, well-maintained space. We would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the lake. Thanks again, Connie!
